Nice but noisy
The room was clean and modern. Staff super friendly and helpful. Good location for convention center. Nice breakfast. My only complaint is the noise. I could hear every little murmur in the hall/nearby rooms. Made for disruptive sleep.

Denver Trip
Great hotel and location for downtown Denver. Staff are absolutely fantastic and make everything very easy. The vallet parking is a great benefit as well.

Met expectations. Very central.
Good hotel, a bit rundown in places but overall nice. Breakfast could use some improvement - but normal us lower standard compared to Europe.

comfortable reasonably priced hotel denver downtown
nice clean comfortable hotel in the middle of downtown reasonably priced Great staff good warm breakfast Table Were kept clean Soon after each use, I wish they change some items so you don’t have identical breakfast every single day!

Not great for night owls
The lobby is nice and has separate areas to hangout in. The room was clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. There's free breakfast, but it cuts off at 9am and gets very busy near the end. Wasn't really worth it for me as I don't like getting up early and rushing around in the morning when on vacation. The pool closes at 9pm, which is also quite early and a bit of a bummer. Overall it was fine, but I'd probably stay elsewhere next time personally. If you're an early bird, you might like it here.

Nice hotel near Denver Pavilion.
I enjoyed my time there. A mini-vacation before the summer ends. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic.

Awesome Hotel Experience
Very nice, clean and large room. Exceptional bathroom and great comfortable bed! The breakfast had a huge selection of different foods and was very delicious.

Good quality and staff, poor bathroom design.
Wish the sink was outside of the toilet room. That made getting ready with more than 2 people in a room very difficult. There was no full length mirror. The bathroom door was a sliding door that did not offer very much privacy. Room was stocked and clean and staff was great. Just wish the rooms were designed better.

Could have been nicer for the price range
The room was not as high quality as one would expect for $400/night. Several wooden panels were almost falling apart. There was only one toilet roll and we ran out. There were two shampoo's but no body wash in our room. The very small bar of soap was not as nice as most hotels at this price range. Wifi was very weak, we had to go outside the hotel and connect to a hotspot to attend meetings during the day.

Comfortable stay downtown.
Room was well maintained. Great view and very comfortable. Front desk staff were always available to assist. Valet team was great, very efficient getting my vehicle in and out.

Perfect location to stay, when attending a conference/convention
The location was perfect for my needs, since I was attending a conference in the convention center, and there was also easy access to a convenient jogging/running path. - The room was clean. - The gym equipment could have been better, although the peloton was a pleasent surprise. - All in all, good value for the money.

One of the best stays I have had in a while.
Exceeded expectations the suite was very nice and clean kitchen stocked with dishes and supplies i was very impressed. The housekeepers kept things clean even though I am tidy myself they visited daily I did not expect that.

Check out issues
Nice rooms. If you leave your room before checkout but plan to come back, they might be in your room after 11 am. It was a bit of a shock having my room torn apart as I came back to do my final walk-through.
Great location, staff and buffet
Perfect location, great staff, excellent breakfast. The only thing I thought they had was the safe to store my valuable items and my room didn’t have one.

Great location and we would recommend
The location was great. It is just two blocks off the free 16th Ave mall shuttle. With that shuttle you can get around the downtown area easily. The room was clean and we had a great view-. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was stocked with pretty much anything you would need. The staff was kind. Breakfast had many options from cold to hot items. When we went to breakfast it was very busy and although there was lots of seating it was very full. Great location if going to anything in the theatre district.

Good close stay
So close to everything perfect location to work at the convention center! Doesn’t have smart TVs tho. Also super helpful staff I had to receive some packages and the entire front desk did everything they could to provide me help in locating and getting my packages.

Clean, quiet nicely renovated rooms, great price too!
Super smooth checkin, room was ready when I arrived late morning from airport. Property had been renovated since I stayed pre-pandemic. Love the modern design of kitchen and bathroom. Everything worked well and kitchen dishes were of decent quality. Soundproofing and blackout shades great. Heating worked perfectly. Easy to cast from phone to TV. Excellent coffee bar a block away in the fancy Populus hotel.

Updated, clean, friendly staff, hot pool
The lobby and rooms were very nicely updated. The room furnishings were very nice and functional and worked well for my family with young children. The lobby was nicely updated and the front desk, bar, breakfast, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. We thought we called ahead to be able to get early check-in but then it turned out the rooms weren’t ready so we had to wait around for an unexpected hour. They did offer us some free coffee vouchers for the inconvenience, which was appreciated! The breakfast options were fine but too limited. There were not enough sweet/ non-savory items. A Belgian waffle or pancake option would go far here. The eating space was very nice though and the staff kept it clean and stocked. We loved how hot the heated indoor pool was! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this spot to others, business travels and families with young kids alike, who need a comfortable place with friendly staff to rest their head that is close by downtown!
