Great stopping point on our cross country journey
There are several pleasant areas to sit and chat with friends, a billiard table, and grills available for use near the pool. Complementary coffee and water steeped with lime/oranges. The laundry was clean; costs $2.50 for large front load washer. Similarly, $2.50 for an hour in the dryer! A pizza parlor is a short walk away has wide beer selection.

Comfortable
Needed a quiet room due to medical procedures. Front desk staff was trying to be very accommodating. Some of the rooms are bit worn out.

Great stay
Clean room, wonderful staff, and an amazing overall experience. The bathroom was also very nice and the shower was amazing.

Simple yet unique hotel with a surprise at the bar.
Nice clean hotel with a rare 2 bedroom option. The star of the show was Vernon at the bar! Get the smoked old fashioned and enjoy the master at work.

Clean rooms, bad check-in
Are these all bots posting reviews? Our check-in experience was wildly different. 1. We arrived 8:30pm. Nobody at the front desk, no staff in sight (even at the bar). 2. 20 minutes later, a young woman in a uni sweatshirt walks in behind the desk. No apology or anything. No verbal confirmation of room # or nights staying after we checked in. She was nice enough though. 3. Cleaning lady still in the process of tidying up the room when we walked in! I get that it's just a budget Hyatt House, but shouldn't there be a minimum level of service when staying at a big chain hotel (Hilton/Marriott/IHG/Hyatt)? I've never had this happen at a Hyatt property before. Like if I'm staying at a Hilton Hampton Inn, there's always a bare minimum standard.

AWFUL. Will never stay there again.
Put on hold for 40 minutes by front desk. In case of any emergency, you cannot depend on the hotel. Child was running around in the room above us till 10:30 PM for three nights and hotel did nothing about it. When we asked for housekeeping, twice we were ignored.

Exceeded Expectations
The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, and responsiveness of staff. Everything in the room was in "like new" condition and fully operational. The bath linens were more soft and luxurious than anticipated. The cookies upon arrival made for a "sweet" introduction to the hotel. Nice experience all around.

Great weekend with Family!
From planning our family reunion in advance with Jessica, to checking in with the front desk, to hanging out at the bar with Pat & Vernon - everything was outstanding. The rooms are great - plenty of space, comfortable and clean with everything you need in the little kitchenettes. Breakfast was different and great each day. And the location right off the highway, 15 min from Boulder and 10 min from Old Town Louisville was perfect.

Great room but service needs improvement
Clean, spacious rooms and welcoming front desk staff. However, communication between the front desk and housekeeping and maintenance team needs to be improved big time. Did not clean up our room and fix the foul smell from the sink as requested. When housekeeping came the following day, used towels were left in the bathroom, coffee packs were not replenished, etc. The maintenance guy left a wrench on the counter after fixing the sink.

Decent guests, and excellent staff!
Our third party booking service did not have sufficient accommodation for our accessibility needs. However, Tiffany, Elira, and the rest of the staff provided excellent customer service. They were kind, courteous, concise, and made sure to provide the best accommodation possible. All, thank you so much for the amiable reciprocity; it inspires a better society.
