This property was a little further out from city centre and does not have a high category status but I thought I'll give it a go so I have a sense of the range of options Hyatt offered in Chengdu. I was blown away by the quality of the property and service in particular. I had luggage stored at another hotel and staff went above and beyond to collect it for me. My 84 year old mother decided to join the visit and they accommodated her with zero fuss and she fell extremely welcome. We were given lots of local tips and everything was just so helpful which we appreciated. Claire Zhang stood out for us the most amongst an already great team who are clearly committed to providing excellent service. I have already booked a return visit and look forward to it.

This experience was the worst ever. In other Hyatt hotels, the delivery of takeout meals was handled very well, either by robots or hotel staff. However, this hotel made me dress in the cold weather outside when I was extremely uncomfortable that day, which was really uncomfortable. In the end, they didn't give me meals until I checked out the next day.

Swimming pool is clean and open hours range is wide. It's very convenient for me to use. The breakfast has many choice and has very good. The most I like is the location. there is a subway and a big shopping mall in less 200m.

The cleanliness is very poor in this location. I don’t recommend if you do care about the cleanliness .it seems like they haven’t clean some spots for many many months. Staffs are professional and helpful.

Was there on business. Location near the airport. Rooms were large and clean but noisy. Then I noticed three open windows at the TOP part of the window panes, probably to air out the room from someone who smoked in the non-smoking room. Managed to close two but the third wouldn’t close all the way. So the room was still a bit noisy from the street traffic. Breakfast buffet wasn’t very good in terms of variety and quality.

The hotel was recently built, so the facilities were brand new. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and surprisingly spacious. Our only complaint was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located in the south part of Chengdu, which is generally quite far from most of the attractions, but the excellent public transportation system eases the problem.

服務很好，早餐很豐富，早餐種類很多，中式西式都有，但是沒有三明治，希望之後能夠增加這個品項.另外飯店還有洗衣，很方便.周邊環境好，位置位於象南里，有綠地和有商場，也有醫院，可搭乘地鐵。

疫情期间，酒店保持的很卫生，很干净，Henry先生和刘娜小姐的细心照顾和完美服务让人印象深刻，难以忘怀，非常感谢。

虽说是凯悦的公寓式酒店，但凯悦嘉寓的入住远超预期，酒店干净卫生，员工大方有礼貌对客人主动提供帮助，尤其是Miley,irsl,ivy几位的帮助印象深刻，值得给所有朋友推荐

家庭出行，商务出行都非常适合的酒店。一室一厅的房间，备有茶具，还可以接待客户，可以朋友小聚，非常便利。楼下就有各种餐馆、咖啡厅，总的来说，十分推荐
