    The hotel was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable beds. Close to the airport. I cannot think of any reason not to stay here.

  • Home away from home.

    The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were so comfortable and the temperature in the room was consistent and comfortable. Housekeeping service was detail oriented and anticipated my needs throughout my stay. I would stay here again.

  • Best overall experience!

    The pillows and bedding were top notch, great customer service provided by staff, 5 star cleanliness, great stay for a business trip and will be back soon.

  • Disappointed

    Very disappointed in overall condition of facility, service and neighborhood. The cleaning team seems to do their best with what they have but I could not recommend this hotel.

  • Anniversary trip

    The room and all that was offered was more than I expected! I loved that all the equipment/utensils were provided to cook in our room. There was a mini fridge to store our snacks! The tv was great! The bed and pillow were so comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

  • Better options out there, don't do this

    This is my worst Hyatt stay in over a decade of being a member. I guess the cost justifies the product and service. Breakfast could have been alternated daily instead of every 2-3 days of the same items. Juice and jams were sour, almost rotten. Room was dusty, items were broken. Location is horrible. Loud music and drug smell at parking lot almost nightly. Many options around the area and even more toward downtown. We were short on time and had to last minute book an extended stay and went for the cheaper option - big mistake! I usually have a great Hyatt experience, not this place.

To be honest, your review is disheartening, especially given that none of the issues you mentioned were ever brought to the attention of our team during your stay. Had you shared any concerns with us—regarding the room condition, breakfast items, or anything else—we would have done our utmost to address them immediately and improve your experience. Our staff is always available and eager to help, but unfortunately, we were not given that opportunity. As part of the Hyatt brand, we follow strict guidelines regarding breakfast offerings and room standards. Our rotating breakfast menu is designed to provide variety, and we regularly receive positive feedback on both the quality and freshness. If something had genuinely been off, we would have appreciated the chance to correct it on the spot. We understand that your booking was made last-minute and budget-driven, but it seems some of your dissatisfaction may stem more from the circumstances than the property itself. While we recognize that our location may not suit everyone, many guests find its convenience and accessibility a key advantage.   • Loved this place

    Love the suite room that I had. Has full refrigerator which was nice during our stay. Was fully stocked on dishes, pots, pans, plates, silverware and glasses. Had a cute little stove (I did not use). My room had two queens which was comfortable. 2 TV's in suite. I had a pull-out couch if I needed it. Loved the free breakfast in the morning as they had a full breakfast and lots of choices. They have a pool and fitness room.

  • Warm and welcoming!

    Thank you to the HH for a warm and welcoming experience! Loved having access to a heated pool and a breakfast. Plus, the convenience to the airport was key for us as we had a rather early departure. The sole request would be having access to airport shuttle service on the weekend.

  • Average hotel for the price

    Wish they had airport shuttle service on the weekends. I booked on the Hyatt site but didn't see the small print regarding hours for the shuttle. The refrigerator didn't work but didn't know that until the morning when I went to get my left overs out. The remote turned the TV off and on, but didn't change channels.
