Pet Policies

At Hyatt House Charleston/Historic District, we know pets are part of the family. That’s why we welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay. Our hotel is near dog-friendly parks, scenic walking trails, and pet-friendly restaurants with outdoor seating, making it easy to explore Charleston with your pup. We accommodate one dog up to 50 lbs or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 lbs, with a $75 per stay pet fee.

When your pup needs to stretch their legs, you'll find several local dog parks less than ten minutes from the hotel, perfect for a little outdoor fun! Our team is happy to recommend the best pet-friendly spots in the area.

• East Bay Dog Park- 2 miles
• Hampton Park Dog Run- 1.2 miles

Additional Guidelines

• Pets must be well-behaved and supervised at all times.
• For the comfort of all guests, please keep pets on a leash in public areas.
• Housekeeping service will not be provided while pets are in the room.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages incurred.
