Clean quiet room, shuttle on time for the airport. Staff and shuttle driver very professional and kind. Space was available in the park-n-go lot when we got there.

Hyatt House is a newer place and the room felt clean and new. The beds very comfortable. Loved the shower. Good pressure and tall for you tall folk. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Breakfast included had a variety of hot and cold offerings like scrambled eggs, pancake maker, oatmeal or yogurt with toppings and much more.

The one bedroom suite was very large and worked well for 2 adults and one child . It was like a mini apartment. Very clean and updated . Shuttle service on time . Laundry was available which was needed .

Superb experience. Clean, convenient, great fur park and fly. We will definitely be back to stay when we travel. Points were great value too

Close to Arundel Mall. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. One morning they had biscuits and gravy which I have not seen yet at a Hyatt

The company had booked a few rooms upon short notice and our reservation was handled with experience. The front desk representative was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We got our rooms in no time and we thought we had to wait a long time due to the short booking.

Very clean hotel the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was amazing. My wife and I moved from Texas to Maryland and had to extend our stay two or three times while picking finalizing and moving our stuff from Texas up to here the Staff works with this, so there was no problem!😊

The property is close to the airport, the staff was friendly, and my room was spacious and appeared clean. After one night, however, both of my legs were covered in insect bites, suggesting that the bed was infested. This is completely unacceptable and makes me question whether the Hyatt House brand is safe for travelers.

Poor experience regarding parking - there are no parking spots for hotel guests if you arrive late in night. They over sell the spots for airport parking. Also, if you check online and you get an email that "your room is ready", the front desk staff does not honor it. Breakfast was great, room amenities are great and location is very close to the airport

Roach in room . Was not a good experience. Hair in bed. Bathroom not clean. Was happy I was only there a few hours. Not happy.

Front desk clerk was excellent with all of our concerns & needs. Room excellent space, hotel was spotless in and out. However I would recommend getting my local. And cables channels. I’m from NYC & I could not watch the basketball game. Once again thanks to Andrea much Appreciated .

I highly recommend Hyatt House BWI! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable. Many of the rooms even offer full kitchens, which is a great convenience for longer stays. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. Harold at the front desk is always smiling and quick to greet every guest who walks through the door, no matter how busy he is or how many tasks he's juggling. His friendly and welcoming attitude makes a great first impression and truly enhances the guest experience. The hotel also offers a convenient Park and Fly option, making travel to and from the airport stress-free. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service and amenities. I will definitely stay here again!

Only advantage is near to airport; if that's the priority, then only chose this hotel as they provide free shuttle to airport. But they can charge you unnecessary and you need chase them on phone to revert the charges.

Clean and convenient to airport. Timely pick up and drop off with the shuttle. The employees were very nice and helpful. Both drivers were polite and helpful. Nice experience and will use again for early flight.

I spent 20 days at this wonderful hotel. This place punches way above its weight and exceeded all my expectations. As a globalist, I am familar with exceptional service from other high-end hotels, but this hotel matched all my previous expectations and consistently impressed my every day. From the staff's professionalism but kind attitude, the delicious breakfast (try the coffee with oat milk!), quick service, clean rooms, and lively atmosphere, I truly had the best 20 days in Baltimore in this hotel.

Clean, friendly service and conveient stay over BWI. It was very comforable. This is about the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed her and will continue to make it my usual hotel when going through BWI for travel.
