Pet Policy
Whether you're visiting for a few days or a few weeks, our-extended stay hotel in Austin is happy to host your canine companions.
Nonrefundable pet fee:
- For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100.
- For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100.
Weight Limit:
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds or less are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom if their combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds.
Smoke-Free Hotel Policy
Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited inside the hotel and on its premises. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas located outside the building. Additionally, smoking is not allowed within 15 feet of any public entrance. A cleaning and restoration fee of $500 will be charged to the guest's account if smoking is detected in a guest room or any non-designated area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all guests.
Hotel Noise Policy
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, we request that noise levels be kept to a minimum at all times. Excessive noise, including but not limited to loud conversations, music, or disturbances, is not permitted in guest rooms, hallways, or public areas. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any guests creating excessive noise that disrupts the comfort and enjoyment of others may be subject to removal from the hotel and charges for any damages or disturbances caused.
