Pet Policy

There’s no need to leave your pet behind when you travel. Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt House Atlanta / Perimeter Center, a pet-friendly hotel near the Perimeter Mall. Let your canine companions experience Atlanta right along with you.

Weight Limits

We allow dogs weighing 70 pounds or less, and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 70 pounds or less per room during your stay.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are specific steps we must take to ensure the suite is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet cleaning fee to the account during check-in.

Guidelines for Dog Owners

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room, or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.

Guest Room Policy

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. through 7 a.m. Disruption may result in eviction of all non-registered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guest room is 21. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest for their room.
