The hotel is very nice and has a great location. The service to the rooms is very below the expectations for a Hyatt. They won't sweep the floor, nor clean the bathrooms. They just changed towels and made beds without changing the sheets. They don't replace the dish towels. If sleeping in a room that faces the streets the noise is very annoying. The front desk staff is very nice and great.

This is my second time staying at the Hyatt House. Walking distance to Disneyland parks. The staff is amazing and helpful. Very good breakfast. I recommend staying here.

Great service. Thank you very much for the early check-in. The rooms are comfortable for the whole family and well equipped, with a kitchen and refrigerator. Breakfast is included and is enough to start the day. I recommend it if you are staying near Disneyland.

Our stay from September 24 to September 28 started wonderfully thanks to a splendid check-in experience around 3:30 PM. The hotel features excellent facilities and a great location, but our experience was completely ruined due to a severe lack of room maintenance and safety oversight. During our stay, both my 13-year-old daughter and I developed severe respiratory issues. Since I work professionally in the HVAC trade, I decided to inspect the unit and discovered an extremely dirty, completely clogged air filter. This is a severe health hazard for guests. Furthermore, multiple AC units on the south side of the building facing the parking lot were experiencing severe condensation, which is a direct operational symptom of widespread airflow restriction due to neglected filters. To make matters worse, the room presented a significant safety hazard: the metal over-the-door hanger on the kitchen cabinet had sharp edges, causing my daughter to bump into it and suffer a superficial cut/injury. Additionally, the dishwasher interior was heavily stained and unhygienic, the cabinet latches were poorly maintained, and the trash bins were broken. When I checked out at 4:25 AM, I politely tried to explain these issues to the front desk agent. Unfortunately, the staff member was incredibly discourteous, dismissive, and completely lacked basic hospitality empathy. For an establishment of this caliber, compromising guests' physical health and safety while providing rude customer service at check-out is unacceptable. I cannot give a good rating, and I hope management takes immediate corrective action regarding room upkeep and staff training.

The 1 bedroom suite was a great option for our family! It was nice to have a separate lounging and eating area from the bedroom. We were just down the hall from the pool so that was a bonus. It was a short walk to Disneyland and having Walgreens next door to pick up some supplies was convenient. The room was clean and the only issue was a noisy A/C unit. We would stay again!

Great experience overall, $40 parking fee but very close to Disney Land! Staff was helpful and breakfast was provided. The rooms had laminate flooring which is more hygienic but felt colder

Great place to stay. Clean and staff are very friendly. Close walking distance to Disney and super convenient with Walgreens and iHOP next door. If you’re not traveling with children, ask for the highest floor.

Great proximity to the shuttle for Disney. Our family loved the ease of parking and close access to the shops. The continental breakfast and pool were also a hit.

Location is close to Disney parks, we walked and it took us maybe 15 minutes with children. The hotel is very clean, smells nice as you walk in. There are enough parking spaces in the garage, pool looks nice although we didn't try it. Hotel room is very spacious, clean, comfortable. The breakfast staff made the experience extra special when they handed balloons for the young children. I do not know how often they do that but I thought it was so cute seeing the smiles of the children happily receiving balloons. The breakfast was great too. This was our first time staying here and I would definitely come back.

Room surfaces and bedding all clean, staff friendly and responsive, good location, nice breakfast, but our room and the pool need repairs. Room issues: shower water temperature imbalance…either hot or cold but worn out cartridge couldn’t achieve warm; slow drain, so standing in water during shower; seemingly inadequate ventilation as steam lingered and room smelled stale; noisy AC compressor. Pool issues: filter didn’t seem to be working as the water was cloudy, and the temperature was also uncomfortably cold.

We were treated absolutely poorly by the staff of this location. We’ve been Hyatt credit card members for multiple years and plan to cancel our credit cards based on this experience. There were at least 8 families in the waiting room until nearly 5 pm waiting to check in when check in is at 4 because staff was unable to and unwilling to have the rooms prepared. Don’t stay at this location if you have any specific meeting time you need to be present for. You won’t make it

Rooms were nice, location was great. Staff was friendly for the most part. Pool was ok, nicer on the online photos then in person, but not bad. I wish they had more breakfast options and/or could order something beyond what was included. They are so close a shuttle service to the parks would be a huge perk to add for guest.

Loved the location, pool, and the wonderful staff! Super helpful and breakfast was a hit! We loved being able to walk to Disney but also felt safe and could get things at Walgreens if needed

We had to come to CA for a last minute funeral. We were traveling with three adults and two children ages 9 and 5. Not only was this location perfect but we were able to fit everyone in the room. Our kids were thrilled about the bunk beds. The staff is 10/10. It appears to be a short walk to Disneyland. We had family member get sick and the Sarah and the front desk staff helped us by getting another room right next door so I could quarantine her but also help her with anything she needed. The only thing I would say is the pull out is not comfortable and bring your own blankets if you are using the pullout.

This is the perfect location to stay in if you are going to either the Anaheim Convention Center or Disneyland. Very convenient and walking distance to both. There are restaurants nearby and a 24 hour Walgreens just steps outside the door. Great, friendly helpful staff. You can’t go wrong staying here! I will definitely stay again in the future.

Place was perfect! Quick walk to Disneyland. Shopped @ Walgreens at made dinner in the room. Plenty of space. Could see the fireworks from the room. Breakfast had several choices & was good.

Our stay at Hyatt House Anaheim Resort/Convention Center unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the delayed check-in. After traveling and arriving expecting our room to be ready, having to wait significantly impacted the start of our trip. We also had an issue with the shower in our room, which added to the frustration. What was most disappointing was the difference in how our concerns were handled. My interaction with Cesar at the front desk felt dismissive and very scripted, and I left the conversation feeling like my concerns weren't really being heard. I do want to specifically recognize Andrew. He was kind, empathetic, and genuinely tried to help. His approach was completely different and made us feel like someone actually cared about our experience. The room itself was clean, and the location is convenient for visiting Disneyland. Hyatt did ultimately acknowledge our concerns and worked to resolve the situation, which I appreciate. However, considering the issues we experienced and how they affected our stay, I expected a better overall experience.

BAD Hotel stay and would NOT recommend for any families going to Disneyland. We came to hotel at 430pm - expecting to check in and hit the ground running since check in was 4pm. We were told no room were ready (along with other people checking in) and they'd "call" us when our room was ready. 530pm we finally got a call for our room - AND we didn't even get the park view room I paid for. All Hyatt offered was, next stay with us, book via HYatt and call and we can try to upgrade your room...

Nice big rooms and close to Disney. Was impressed with how friendly staff was and how easy it was to get our stroller delivered.

Wonderful, clean hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. Full kitchen and a nice "living" space in which to relax. We also really enjoyed the blackout shades.
