Hotel was clean and staff was respectful and helpful. Bed was horrific. It was so bad that I decided to leave a night early.
Very nice and great location. The lights on the windows add a fun touch. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
This was a great hotel centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Milan. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
We enjoyed our three-night stay at Hyatt Centric Milan. The staff were excellent, and although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short visit. The Skybar was a lovely spot to relax with a drink. The hotel is about as far as we’d want to walk from Milan Central Station. We would happily stay here again for a short trip, although for a longer visit we would probably choose somewhere more central. Overall, it served our needs very well.
Top notch staff and a very nice hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the food choices and quality were very good.

Hotel was clean, room was well appointed, front desk staff was extremely friendly. You are not getting an ultra luxe experience, but for the level of hotel, it exceeds expectations.

Great location near the train station that made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the highlight for us was the amazing breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and a great selection of yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries that made the start of the day perfect to explore the city.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you want to make day trips out of the Milan area. It is a less than 10 minute walk to the train station as well as the subway system. The rooms are on the small side, but they contain everything you need for a nice experience. The rooftop restaurant has great food and drinks and nice views of the city. This is the second time we've stayed here.

We visited the Hyatt Centric Milan to begin our trip to Italy. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency that required me to go to the ER. Lucio at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort, knowing that I didn’t speak Italian and that I was in a foreign country. The room was comfortable, the WiFi great, the food delicious, but the people are what makes this hotel top notch!

Extended part of holiday in Italy - overnight stay in Milan Room was small however met our needs for a one night stay Access to spa is an additional cost - not free as a Hyatt member Breakfast was good - a limited selection of choice - served in lovely setting
