Hotel is nice, modern and well located. The shower is my room had zero water pressure which kind of ruined my trip. I called front desk and they offered to send someone up to check on it “later” but I had to finish getting ready for meetings and could not wait so long for a solution

This is a nice hotel with excellent staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. I was there during a fairly strong earthquake but the building was very sturdy and there was no damage. I would maybe try to get a room towards the back of the hotel because the very front can have some street noise from the nearby highway. Breakfasts were very nice although I would have liked to have seen more variety over the course of my stay. Overall a very pleasant experience and a nice group of people working there.

Traveled there for a Medical procedure my wife was having locally. We travel with a service animal and were so pleasantly surprised by the welcoming of our dog. Fantastic hotel in a great location.

Great hotel stay. Room is clean and breakfast has lots of options. Staff are all very helpful and welcoming, especially the bellman. We will come back to visit again.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Centric San Jose Escazú several times recently, and every stay has been an excellent experience. As a World of Hyatt Globalist, I really appreciate how well this property recognizes elite members. On each of my recent stays, I was upgraded to a suite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff have consistently been friendly and professional. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. What I appreciate most is the consistency. After several stays, the service and overall experience have remained excellent every time. This has become one of my preferred hotels whenever I’m in San José, and I look forward to returning

Went for a 4 dah stay on a business tfip. Very well located with plenty of good options for food next to it. Safe area go go out gor a walk and a big mall at a walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and polite personal.

Great hotel to stay at, very clean, great staff all around. Carlos in the restaurant provided an amazing experience. Located in a great area of the city, that you’re able to get to many places quickly.
