The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Scarlett, had a really bad attitude. When I asked her a question, she would just stay quiet and not answer me. I had to ask again, and then she answered in a very impatient way. It made me feel like I did something wrong just by asking a normal question. I even felt uncomfortable asking her anything after that. What really bothered me was that she was friendly and nice to other guests, but her attitude toward me was completely different. The difference was very obvious. I felt like this was discrimination, and it made the whole check-in experience really uncomfortable. I stayed here in August and had a good experience, so I decided to stay here again. But this time was really disappointing. This was one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had recently.
Too much noise from the highway in front. I could hear every car passing by in my room at night. They put 2 water bottles in the room and charged for them, when the room rate was $360/night. Nickeling and diming.
The front desk was very accommodating and let me check in early and gave me a higher floor upon request. The common areas of the hotel are great and were nicely renovated. The rooms have been renovated as well but you can tell they cut a lot of corners there and can see where they left a lot of the older elements of the hotel and just painted over it or did cheap upgrades. The hallway on my floor was dark and a little creepy. Overall it was a decent hotel but I was pretty put off when a hotel staff/housekeeper entered my room unannounced while I was asleep. It seemed to be an accident but was very off putting to me so this review might be more critical than normal.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that our front desk team made a positive impression by accommodating your early arrival and room preferences. We also appreciate your kind comments regarding our renovated common areas. However, we sincerely apologize for the distress caused by a team member entering your room without notice while you were asleep. We understand that guest privacy is essential, and this experience falls short of the standards we strive to uphold. Please know that we take this matter seriously and will address it with our team to help prevent a similar occurrence. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the room renovations and hallway lighting, as guest comments help us identify areas where we can improve. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable and positive experience.
Pool is great, but the hotel staff is horrendous. Also keep in mind, this location does not serve complimentary breakfast.
good hotel that was able to accomadate at least 200 of us traveling together .. nice pool and welcoming staff . only a 30 min walk to the other side of the highway .
Hotel was nice but I fid not get what I paid for. I requested connecting rooms as they were advertised. At check in they downgraded my room. I was ok with that but than the room had a busted television and the bathroom door in same room was stuck. To open it we had to put our weight into it. We were not offered different rooms and tv was not swapped. I felt like asking for a discount but accepted it.
Very nice hotel! It would have been nice to have the hotel bar open until midnight for after concerts. Bar closes at 10 pm.
Good location. Friendly staff low noise level Poor Heating system in the rooms - not great for sleeping because of dry heat This has been my experience over several stays.
The experience was better than expected. The hotel looked brand new even though it has been around for about 2 decades. The staff was friendly, everything was impeccably clean, the gym was very nice, and the pool area very inviting. I would not really recommend the food menu (it seemed limited to me), but the bar was nice. There are nearby shops and coffee-houses to help pass the time.
We chose a hotel close to Levi's Stadium – we planned to attend a World Cup game in the morning. Our hotel room was clean and staff was pleasant and accommodating. But the room is beyond noisy. The hotel abuts a highway and many of the rooms only have single-pane windows. You can hear every single sound coming from the highway. These sounds are amplified by the interior courtyard (where there is a nice pool) which acts as a bouncy wall for the highway noises. Neither my husband or I managed much sleep. Bring your strongest ear plugs, even for sitting on the couch or brushing your teeth. The noise is truly terrible.
