Well worth it....nice room....comfortable.....the location was perfect. walking distance to everywhere I needed to go. Front desk team was excellent.

The rooms are efficiently designed with space to place luggage and move around. They are very clean and quiet except when rowdy guests check-in late at night. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, unlike other places in mid-town Manhattan.

Great experience. Hotel is in a great location close to so many of the things that you want to see as a tourist. Also close to subway stops and Grand Central. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and while they were small, they were still bigger than I expected.

The hotel is very well located in the South Midtown neighborhood, just steps from the main points of interest. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful all along your stay. The rooms are clean (really) and maintained daily. The hotel restaurant offers excellent breakfasts and a delicious menu (Italian dishes in particular) in a warm setting. The view from the rooms is typical, facing other buildings. The hotel's size is reasonable, which allows for attentive, unhurried customer service. I recommend this hotel and its excellent team without hesitation. It offers excellent value for money, and its staff will make your stay excellent.

The room is small (as is typical in NYC) but clean and modern. I rented two rooms for two nights each on a family trip. Housekeeping collected dirty towels after the first night but did not replace them. Despite multiple requests (telephone and in person at the front desk) after which I was told that the towels would be “right up”, I was unable to get replacement towels. I was told that I would be able to discuss my concerns with a manager but was not afforded that opportunity. I would expect better from a $500 per night hotel.

The Midtown Hyatt Centric is a wonderful hotel. I found the rooms very comfortable for the area, and the staff interactions were all top notch. I love the location, a comfortable walk from the attractions on Broadway, and a very short walk to Grand Central Station. I look forward to revisiting.

Hey there! I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in Midtown NYC and had a pretty positive experience. The location is excellent in the heart of "touristy" Midtown area. It's convenient to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, and of course Grand Central. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. The staff was professional and friendly. The only drawback for me was the lobby. While it was functional and nicely designed, it was much smaller than what I typically expect. It's NYC I know, but there are other hotels w/ large lobbies. I personally enjoy larger hotel lobbies with more seating and a grander atmosphere where guests can relax or work from the lobby. If you're someone who values an open lobby, this is something to be aware of. That said, the hotel still delivered: great location, clean accommodations, comfortable rooms, and great service. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel. Cheers!

My room came with a small terrace overlooking the Empire State Building, and that was the only positive part of the stay. The air conditioning was so loud that getting a full night’s sleep was difficult. The terrace itself was covered in grime and was not usable, despite being one of the room’s main selling points. To make things worse, cooking smells from the restaurant’s ventilation system regularly came into the room, leaving it smelling like a commercial kitchen. For the price charged, the overall experience was poor. The hotel feels overpriced, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what I expected from this location or this brand. I left disappointed and would choose a different hotel the next time I’m in New York.

This hotel has great location! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The3 rooms are small, but well-kept and clean. The restaurant is very good, and the roof bar is great! The roof bar has a great view and great atmosphere.
