At Holmes, you can indulge in globally influenced, New Orleans-inspired cuisine, like Cajun Jambalaya, and sip on a closely curated list of unique craft cocktails, all in a stylish setting. Holmes’ menus are available for room service between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
