The rooms were comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located. The staff was outstanding. Nicest people we’ve encountered in awhile. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. We only ate one meal, but breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

This is a wonderful hotel for anyone looking for a modern, beautiful, clean environment. It’s absolutely beautiful inside and the room was wonderful. We had a river view and it was amazing. I do think the placing of the pool behind the lobby desk is odd, so we decided against that, but the rooftop bar made up for that. The lattes at the downstairs bar were great, and so was my old fashioned. All of the staff greeted us each time we came or left and it was so sweet. I felt so safe in this area. We came to this hotel last minute after canceling our room at the Southaven Drury due to a shooting at the restaurant next door the night we arrived. It’s a really great choice and left us wanting to use Hyatt more often!

The facilities are nice and service is good but this hotel has very poor noise insulation. I was awakened both nights by a neighbor walking upstairs. The neighbor was heavy-footed, but if the hotel was constructed better, I wouldn’t have been able to hear them walking around. Also, if you have a room with a connecting door, you will have zero privacy (easy to hear conversations at a regular volume, and I could hear the next door neighbor running water, flushing the toilet, etc). If your priority is a good night’s rest or privacy , I can’t recommend this property.

The location of the Hyatt Centric Beale street is as close to Beale street as you can get. The rooms are lovely, especially those with a view of the Mississippi River. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I stay at this hotel every time I pass through Memphis, which is a lot! As one of my all time favorite hotels to stay at, I'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Orpheum theater where we attended the JOHN CRIST comedy show. The facility was sleek & clean; fashionable with unique features. I wish we had more time there to experience Memphis & the hotel. I would recommend this hotel !!!

The Hyatt Centric is a wonderful hotel that puts you a short distance for all of the action of Beale Street. The rooftop bar is amazing and they staff is phenomenal. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only issue I had was that the toiletries were used and left in place. No matter how many times I set them aside, they were never replaced during my stay for the week.

Best hotel in downtown Memphis to stay . Very convenient to Beale Street and other fine eating establishments in the area . My favorite Gus Fried Chicken.

Great location to walk downtown. Very clean Rooms! Value was appropriate for the room. It is by the Riverside so you can see the Mississippi River. Noise was a little much from celebrations going on that weekend. Check in was seamless and valet service was outstanding. We only had issues with the bar servers (25-26 Sept), three of them. NO SMILES!! NO conversations.

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, even the valet team. The hotel was clean. Great views of the water and close to the museums.
