very good hotel and with a nice view of the speed way. but people started to race around 7:15 am in the morning and caused lots of noisy. that's why they put earplugs in the room for the guests.

Good location however Breakfast was shocking. Mad busy frenetic poor choices of breakfast items and dreadful Coffee. Really needs looking into. Staff were stressed and overall experience was dreadful.

Exceptional! The room was big, by Japanese standards, and very well appointed with good quality amenities! The hotel and staff met and exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect - 2 minute walking distance from the railway station and attached to upscale shopping mall and restaurants. Would recommend without hesitation!

Thanks a million to the team at Hyatt Centric Hotel for making our trip to Kanazawa unforgettable. This hotel deserves much more recognition as it receives - the cleanliness, service and breakfast have been much better than expected, being on the same level as modern 5 star hotels. The whole hotel is relatively new - the rooms are spacious, top notch clean and very modern (rooms are quiet, air conditioning is not loud, switches are modern)

Great location very close to the station. Restaurant is very high quality. Staff very engaged. A great base for exploring the area.

The Hyatt Centric was beautiful, clean and staff were very friendly. We would come back again and would recommend this hotel.

We just love this hotel so much. It is located next to the Shinkansen station and there are hundreds of restaurants and bars nearby. There is also a couple of malls next to the hotel and one of them even has a Pokémon Center.

Mini break in Kanazawa was fantastic. Hotel is new and located next to the train station. Making it very accessible. Spacious and well designed rooms. Best room I stayed in on Japan trip and the least expensive. Lots of shopping and dining options. Can even use laundry machines next door at Hyatt House. In room mini fridge drawer, water and ice refill stations were nice to have. A/C was excellent during the very hot visit. Loved the chopstick holder making experience with local shards of pottery. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful time in Kanazawa Hyatt Centric. Very Kind staff. Excellent location and great services and clean facilities.

The guest service was excellent. They speak multiple languages with multi national background (of course they speak super fluent Japanese). But all of them have Omotenashi spirit and takes care of the guests. Very impressive.
