Pet Policy

We are Pet Friendly! At Hyatt Centric Chandigarh, we happily welcome your furry, feathered, and four-legged family members! While we love all pets, only trained domestic Dogs, Cats and Birds are allowed at the hotel. | Pets should never be left alone in the room. Pet parents are responsible for feeding, cleaning up, and ensuring they don’t use hotel beds, bathtubs, or sinks. Pets are permitted only in their registered room and designated areas. Public spaces remain pet-free. Pets must be leashed or carried at all times and excessive noise like barking should be curtailed. Rooms are serviced daily as per standards and only in the presence of the guest. For any additional cleaning requirement, a fee of INR 1000 is applicable. For your convenience, a designated pet poop zone and walking areas are located outside the hotel premises. Rooms for pet-friendly stays are allocated on the 2nd floor, near service elevators, subject to availability. A waiver form will be required at check-in, and charges for deep cleaning apply based on the duration of your stay.
