The hotel is very nice indeed. The suites are spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. You feel well taken care of.
We stay at this property frequently because of its proximity to Cynthia Wood's Pavilion. They definitely remember a face. The property itself has been newly renovated.
Awesome location! Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful!
The hotel rooms were spectacular, as expected, though we encountered minor issues related to the recent renovation. My only complaints were: (1) a valet fee of $40 a night, (2) there is a service charge and a delivery fee on room service, so when you add a tip, all of the fees plus the tip nearly double the cost of the food, and (3) if you are staying when there is a concert at the Pavilion, the music can be quite loud in the rooms (the usual cutoff is around 10:30 p.m.). The location is great, and it's very close to excellent shopping and dining.
It was a wonderful living room in a wonderful setting. I'll be returning soon to see how the new retail space looks. It better look great being colocated with the Rolex store.
I stayed one night Sept 5 - Sept 6, 2026 to celebrate my birthday with my husband. The location of the hotel is in a great area, full of stores and things to do. HEB is conveniently right behind it as well. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful. The smell when you walk in is so inviting. Our room was nice, we had the King with sofa suite. It was clean with no issues. We parked in the structure next to the hotel and the hotel charged $18. Overall a great stay, I recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future.
Horrible experience. Very comfortable beds, but overall horrible experience. The hotel was under construction and they did not tell us when booking or checking in. No attempt to fix during our visit. Eventually tried to make things right as we were checking out, but it was just a miserable stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience during your stay. We regret that the ongoing construction was not clearly communicated before or during check-in, and that our team did not take appropriate steps to address your concerns while you were with us. While we’re glad you found the beds comfortable, we understand that this did not make up for the disruption and lack of communication. Your comments have been shared with our management team as we work to improve both our guest communication and service recovery. Sincerely, Jeanette Pizano Director of Sales, Marketing & Events
Great location; close to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillon. Friendly staff. Clean. Everything in the room was in working order and well kept and maintained.

The location of this hotel is excellent and convenient while attending an event at the Woodlands concert venue. The atmosphere of the hotel was somewhat marred By the construction going on. It made it somewhat difficult to check in, and generally get into the front entrance. The rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. The value for the room and its location was good. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, considering the construction in the lobby and the elevators. And the noise level in general was good other than again construction noises.

There was no staff available to check us in. The valet staff were notably unfriendly. The decor of the hotel is very dark and depressing.
