The hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are big and clean. However, we had staff enter our room at night while we were trying to go to sleep and then an hour later they called and woke us up. They asked if we would like our complimentary bottle for that night or the next and we told them the next. The next night came and went and no bottle. 

Beautiful hotel, Staff lacks

Always exceeds my expectation. The staff and lovely and fun. Quick to accommodate. Hyatt is my fav hotel to stay in when I travel. Always clean. Always a calm, inviting atmosphere. I’ve stayed at Hyatt Centric several times and am constantly impressed. 

Best Hotel in the Woodlands

Our company has our annual meeting here once a year and the hotel is very nice. Food is excellent and the rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would love to come back for a vacation. The location is awesome, tons of stores around and restaurants. 

Comfortable Stay

The rooms are awesome.  The food is great.  Its a luxury hotel in every way.  I stayed there on a business meeting but would recommend to friend and relatives for sure.  I only live 20 mins from this hotel. 

I love this hotel!

This is the second time i have stayed at this property the staff is always nice and ready hep. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have only had a couple of issues the 1st time I was there i was charged $5 for a bottle of water from my room which i did not take. 2nd trip my next door neighbor liked to play loud music, but all in great and pleasant stays 

Business trip

You are met as you drive up with someone to help with luggage and park the vehicle. He was there every time we walked out the door. Wonderful service. Front desk personnel was great and very responsive. The only issue we had was that we asked that our room be cleaned. They dropped off towels but did not clean the room. We had our granddaughter with us for a shopping trip and it's so convenient!

Love this hotel.

I planned a stay cation for my kids and myself. The hotel was so beautifully decorated for Christmas and was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful! I will definitely be back for another stay soon!

Absolutely fantastic!!

Go to place to stay for work or pleasure. Outstanding location and great staff. Parking can be a bit of a pain but you just have to be patient. Well appointed rooms. Love the hotel. Restaurant is great especially for breakfast. 

The staff and hotel were amazing!  Such a wonderful place to stay.  The bartender, Brittney was great and serves up a mean Old Fashioned!  Wish the weather was better, would have loved to try out the pool!  Will be staying there again when we return to, The Woodlands

Great Hotel and Excellent location

My wife and I decided to try take a break from our everyday hustle and spend some time in the Woodlands. We were thrilled with exceptional level of service from Ty at the front desk to the valet attendant. Our room was very clean Ty was very accommodating and answered all our questions. We've had the pleasure or staying at hotels all over the world and Ty defiantly has a winning attitude and is a huge asset to the brand. We will absolutely be returning soon.

Awesome Experience

Everything from the moment we left our car with the valet (they were great) checked in (he was wonderful) to our nightcaps at the bar (the girls were so much fun) was so memorable and will be back next Christmas! This was our second trip and will make a a yearly event from now on!

Great Girls Christmas Get Away

Hyatt Centric Woodlands remains one of our favorite holiday get always. The staff is always friendly and anticipatory of our needs. All shops are just a step away from your doorstep. There are also a wide variety of dining options in the area. I hope this location never changes from a category 4 because it is where we always use our free night. 

Excellent Location and Service

The staff in all areas were very friendly and the service was great. The bar and pool area were very nice providing good entertainment. Anything we asked for was handled very nicely and efficiently. Great place in a great location.

Fun weekend!

For the price of hotel and breakfast it was more than staying at the ritz and no buffet.  The facilities are nice needing room updates however I would also recommend having a buffet to be inclusive if choosing breakfast package as I was charged more

Awesome front desk, great location, very helpful valets. Clean, clean, clean. Will definitely be back. Housekeepers were excellent. Loved the avocado toast for breakfast. Recommend some movie channels on the tv.

Front the gentleman who opened the front door when I arrived to the young man tending bar, the customer service was amazing.  I was stunned by the size of my room and how surprising clean and well maintained it was.

Amazing Customer Service and Fabulous Rooms

This has become our favorite hotel in The Woodlands.  The staff is friendly and competent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the amenities (including the quality of the food) are fantastic.  We will be back!   

Another Great Stay

Every interaction I had with staff at this hotel from the cleaners to the concierge to the hotel manager (who I happened to share the elevator with) was incredibly positive. Everyone was very concerned about my stay and the condition of my room and inquired very kindly as to whether or not they could do anything to make me happier. I had called down for room service for breakfast in the morning and was informed that the hotel didn't have room service and I was then disconnected when they tried to connect me to the restaurant to place a to go order that I could pick up. That evening, management sent a complimentary bottle of wine to my room with a lovely note apologizing for the mishap. They truly went above and beyond in every interaction.

Incredible staff, beautiful facility, I would highly recommend this location

We stayed here while attending a 50th anniversary party. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodated our requests promptly. Our room was clean and well appointed. The downside was the lighting, both in the bathroom and the room. The bed was comfortable. 

A Welcome Stay

Boutique hotel with all the perks of the Hyatt family. Whenever we have business within 20 miles we stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands. Very welcoming, never rushed, and easy check-in / out process (always accommodating late check-out needs).

Hyatt Centric - Always amazing!

By far the nicest hotel in the Woodlands! If you’re looking to stay at a beautiful property that offers exceptional service, extremely clean rooms and a great location - I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! I travel a lot and this is definitely one of my favorite hotels! 

Hyatt Centric The Woodlands - Simply Amazing!!!

I refuse to stay anywhere else while at The Woodlands! Hyatt Centric is so very clean and the staff is unbelievably kind and welcoming. I have never had even a subpar experience. They are top notch! I absolutely love it here!!  

Unparalleled

The Hyatt Centric is a great place to stay in The Woodlands. The staff is courteous and friendly. The Market Street bar has good selection of food and taste great. The prices are in line with hotel restaurants which can be pricey for the convenience however I didn't mind the prices because the food tasted great! The tomato bisque is awesome!

Great place to stay.

Great location, awesome service and nice rooms - everything you want in a hotel.  We were in town for a concert and it was nice to be able to walk down the street to the event.  Staff was very welcoming.

Hyatt Woodlands

I recently stayed one night at the Hytatt Centric in the Woodlands Market Center and had a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, I was greeted warmly and treated as a regular. I immediately felt at home and happy with my choice to stay there. Not only is the hotel well designed and pretty, but it's clean and felt incredibly safe which I really appreciate! The girl checking me in went above and beyond to help me. Great service! The room itself had more than I needed, was very accommodating, clean and comfortable. I had a great night sleep and overall experience. I will definitely be returning! Also, the location does not get better in terms of fun or business!

Great Location

I love the location of the hotel and the entire staff are highly professional, helpful and go the extra mile. There are limited dining options at the hotel. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The bar does serve food but it closes at 10. 

Quality staff

In addition to excellent customer service and comfortable beds, this hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of many restaurants and amazing shopping places.  The 2nd floor features area for eating, drinks, etc.  The bartender went out of his way to see if we wanted anything even though we were away from the bar area having a business meeting at one of the open tables.  His service was 10 stars!!  The service across the board here is exceptional.  I usually stay at the Marriott in Spring, TX because it is closer to my customer, but this location and service makes the short drive to the customer well worth it.

Great location!

We were in The Woodlands for a concert and decided to stay the night instead of making the drive back across town and I am so glad we did.  The hotel itself was in very good shape, extremely clean and we had zero issues with anything working or missing from the room.  My favorite aspect of our stay was the professionalism and politeness of the staff we encountered, even without the wonderful upgrade we received upon check in I would be happy with our choice to stay at this hotel.  It was refreshing to feel like a valued customer at a hotel again, I cannot remember the last time I felt like a hotel staff appreciated their customers.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff!

We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! We will definitely stay here again!!

If you are seeing a show at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion at the woodlands 10/10 would recommend. Close enough to walk in less than 5 min. Shopping and restaurants all around. Very upscale area. Movie theater also in waking distance. 

The woodlands

Great hotel, staff are wonderful and the facility is extremely clean and neat.  Overall a great hotel in a great location.  The surprise Champagne provided by the front desk was a welcome addition to our Anniversary getaway.  A great experience, we will stay again.

Fantastic Customer Service

The Hyatt Centric in The Woodlands is a lovely place to stay with awesome amenities. I love the location with all the shops, restaurants and the Pavillion nearby. I definitely recommend this place and will be back myself. 

Great place

Everyone was great! The staff was friendly,  helpful, polite and genuine. All of these attributes are hard to find in the service industry these days! This was a hidden gem of a place. The staff appreciate their guests.

We've stayed at the Hyatt Centric many times and have always had a great experience.  Hotel staff is always pleasant and helpful and the hotel is always very clean.  Close to shopping and restaurants. Will go back again. 

Hyatt Getaway

Best place to stay for concert attendance, very cool pool area, close to everything!  Great staff, very friendly, exceptionally clean hotel.  Mr. Meyer was a great help answering any questions we had on the visit.  This was our third stay there, we will visit again.

Hyatt hidden gem in The Woodlands

Go for an upgrade so you have room. Regular rooms very small.  The service and facility is very nice.  Great location with beautiful park across the street. Great for shopping, concerts and restaurants.  HEB next door a plus.

The staff were all excellent!  - especially Monica at the front desk.  We (3 adult women) just stayed for one night to attend a concert.  The property was very clean and the pool area is lovely. The only negative is that he sofa bed was not all that comfortable 

Lovely

Cannot give the bartenders enough praise for the work ethic they presented. Even during rush hour, they were on top of things and ensured they cared for everyone. The drinks were great, the food was terrific, and the hospitality was superb. Great music, fun atmosphere, and wonderful staff! Overall great hotel to stay for a nice weekend getaway.

Nice Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location and within walking distance to a lot! 5 mins from the mall! Will be back again! 

Hyatt Centric

Great hotel!  Great service - loved the location.  The staff was very friendly and gave us complimentary champagne for our anniversary.  This is our second time at this location and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Anniversary Weekend

We stayed in the Centric Suite. Loved every minute of it. Walked outside to Starbucks and shopping.  Great place to stay with family or a couples getaway. We were in town for business/fun and couldn’t have picked a better place. We will be back.

Monica Montiel, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to resolve a room asisgnment issue.
Monica is an asset to Hyatt Centric!!  The room was very clean. The hotel is very clean.  Great location in the Woodlands market place.  Lots of food choices steps away .  The Cynthia Woods Pavillon is across the street.  The Woodlands Mall and Cinema 5 minutes away.

Hyatt Centric in Woodlands Excellant!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had. Staff was amazing. Room was cleaned and stocked properly. My over all experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends back here at home. 

Business

We had a wonderful “staycation” at the Hyatt Centric. The location can’t be beat—if you want to walk to a restaurant, it’s right there. Movies within 5 minutes away as well as a great cigar bar!  This is one of our favorite places to go just for a weekend getaway!

Wonderful Stay!

Extremely clean, friendly and informative staff. Food was also great. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very very big. Room was nice and dark when needed to sleep.

Located at a great place close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shopping. Hotel was super clean and quiet. Staff was amazing! The smell when you come into the building is amazing. I asked the front desk lady and she was nice to give us a paper with the scent written on it.

Best Spot In Town!

I will try to make this short. The location, perfect. The attitude of the employees, personable. The scenery inside and rooms, amazing. I had a balcony view and was able to sit out and see the live band perform. I would definitely consider them for a future stay.

Have stayed at many Hyatt properties, but this was our first stay at Hyatt Centric Woodlands.
We had a really great time...service & rooms were outstanding. Breakfast was on point.
We'll be back fosho.

Hyatt Centric Woodlands

We arrived 45 minutes after check in time. Our room was not ready and we were told it would be at least 45 more minutes. When we returned to actually check in, we were told that they had upgraded us for the hassle. When we returned from the amazing Jimmy Buffett concert, our keys did not work. Maintenance spent much time and effort making our door work. Maintenance was great but I don’t think that should be the highlight of our stay.

The upgrade that wasn’t

The staff and hotel was outstanding.  They need more pool chairs but overall a great experience.  If you are attending a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion, this is an ideal place to stay!  We live Downtown Houston and wanted to stay near venue to see Steely Dan- great location!

Excellent Hotel

Locals that escaped for our anniversary. Room and atmosphere were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony, and enjoyed sitting over Market Street at sunset. The only disappointment was breakfast. Service was slow and food was average. We really enjoyed ourselves and will likely go back. We'd just go out for breakfast.

Nice boutique hotel.

We booked this for Buzzfest, it was perfect. Close enough to walk safely, amazing hotel. Beds we’re extremely comfy, & the hotel looks spectacular. Staff were all extremely nice & helpful. Definitely will be back & recommend. 

Gear hotel & super convenient to our concert venue

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect. The bed was extra comfortable, and I slept so well. I got a kick out of the door being opened each time I would come and go. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. The pool was very scenic and peaceful. It made the perfect staycation location. 

Very nice and welcoming

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.  The food (try the pork chop) was so delicious and yummy we were surprised with every meal.  The location is very convenient, allowing us to have a great day of shopping on Market Street.

Great experience

For the amount of money I was spending to stay at this hotel, I was very dissatisfied. My air conditioner was not working and I had to ask for it to be looked at twice. They did end up being able to get it fixed however. But certainly not expecting for this type of hotel for my air not to be working and have to ask more than once for it to be looked at. While the room was nice, the carpets were soiled, light bulbs were burned out and the toilet paper holder was broke. The service in the restaurant/bar was very slow and reportedly under staffed. Had to ask for service several times and in fact had to go to the bar rather than depend on the staff because it was taking so long to get service for both my drink and my bill. I was also disappointed that there was no coffee service in the mornings in the lobby. Again, based on the money I was spending I was very disappointed and would not stay at this hotel again.

Very disappointed

Paid over $800 for a luxe suite that was supposed to overlook Marketstreet but instead overlooked the adjacent rooftops, a/c & ventilation units of adjoining restaurants, and a supermarket parking lot. Was also surprised that the suite had an adjoining room with a family of five and no sound dampening so we heard every word they said. Being charged for breakfast after paying for the bed and breakfast package was an unwelcome surprise and an annoyance to correct later. Might stay again, but I’m going to ask a lot more questions when I make a reservation.

Hardly Luxe

Perfect location and walkable to shops and restaurants!
The staff is very courteous and responsive via the Hyatt app. The room had great linens and the size of the room was perfect for our family of four. 

Great Hotel

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of shops & restaurants around, so we just parked our car & walked everywhere. The staff was friendly & helpful. We used the pool & hot tub and it was very relaxing. We will be back. 

Stay-Cation to celebrate our anniversary

Love this hotel - this was my 5th stay and it is still a great place to stay. So convenient to entertainment and restaurants. Will definitely come again because of the convenience, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff!

Consistently Great!

Wonderful experience at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands.  Our guests stayed in 64 of the 72 rooms and each one said they have a lovely time.  The staff was very accommodating to our guests with special requests.  I would highly recommend this beautiful property and staff.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Stayed at Hyatt Centric The Woodlands was wonderful, location is awesome, just right on the Market Street, you can easily go to any shop on Market Street or HEB. And the front desk Jenifer was so nice and upgraded my room, you can see the smiles on hotel staffs all the time. I also received a welcome letter from hotel general manger Matthew, breakfast at hotel was delicious, my kids loved the waffles. Overall, the experience was excellent, I definitely recommend this hotel and will go back to visit again.

Great service, wonderful location and delicious food

The staff was exceptional & friendly! The service was one of the best I’ve received across multiple hotels! Very clean & relaxing! I was worried about the noise from the shops below, but it the room was very quiet & sound proof

Wonderful Property

Awesome boutique style hotel. Great location and convenient shopping and dining. Will certainly be staying here again. The valet staff were great, pool looked very nice and patio was very welcoming for both business and families.

Great spot and great local amenities

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times for a quick adults only get away. We love the area and how convenient so many nice shops, restaurants and attractions there are. We have even discusses bringing our children as we believe they would love playing in the Market Square area. 

Very Nice Hotel in a Great Location!

The hotel is situated perfectly in Market Street.  Walkable area with restaurants, shops, grocery store and walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall and Waterway.  Perfect for a staycation too.  Pricey, but you won't need to drive anywhere as you can connect via Trolley or walk to get to everywhere (mall, shops, etc) you want.

A Woodlands Treat

Charles lied and said that I should whoop my children. According to Charles, if you have a three year old, you should not stay at hotels with thin walls. Charles told me I should whoop my son to keep him quiet because that is what his father did to him.

The Hyatt Centric is a perfect location and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this place! I have a conference at the Woodlands every year and always try to book a room here. It is a short walk to the conference center and I like the variety of restaurants nearby. The view from the rooms is quite nice over the center plaza/park area and there is a nice patio where I often sit and meet with colleagues. This week it was a bit too cold for that though.

relaxing and comfortable

The front desk staff and valets were extra helpful and service oriented.  The hotel itself is very modern and appears recently renovated.  Mattress, bedding and pillows were very comfortable.  The front part of the room was set up as a living room with a sectional couch and coffee table for relaxing before bed.  As an insomniac, I found the hotel to be very quiet.  There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance. 

We chose this hotel because it was the highest rated near the event we were attending.  It's not the lowest cost, but if you are looking for a superior hotel and service, it's worth paying a little extra for.

Exceptional Hotel and Service

The hotel was so perfect in every way. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The toiletries were better than most hotels. The staff at the front desk and valets were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Perfect in every way

We had a lot of fun and felt welcome at the Hyatt Centric.  My 10 year old daughter was so happy that we got to swim in the heated pool even on a chilly day.  The bar staff made us feel welcome as we ate outside by the firepit and made sure we had everything we needed and stayed warm too.  

Fun Mother Daughter Getaway

We had a great time at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands. The staff are exceptional,  from the door men to the front desk to housekeeping. The location is bang smack in the middle everything and everywhere we needed to go. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect long weekend.

Everything about this hotel is great...from check in with Caitlin to drinks in bar area on 2nd floor. Eva is always efficient, friendly and very sweet. We mainly come back because of her service. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. The location can't be beat.

Fantastic service

I always stay at Hyatt wherever I go to. Room clean as expected it. customer service is top-notch. I order Centric Burger and it was yummy  😋. I love live music ok to the second floor as well. Over a very short and relaxing time for me.Thank you Greg for providing the best service. 

I love all Hyatts

Beautiful location! It was conveniently located next to great shopping! Everyone we encountered, had a smile on their face and were so very friendly! I can't express how enjoyable, our short trip was, just because of the amazing staff! 

Amazing Location and Staff!!!

The hotel is nice and small.  The rooms are a pretty decent size.  The bathroom is also nice and large.  I liked the fact they just had a walk-in shower in our room and not a tub.  There is no dedicated parking spot for the hotel guests.  You can valet park if desired.  We parked behind the hotel but was told you can park in the nearby garage as well.  The only issue is that if it is raining, there is no covered walkway to hotel.
The restaurant in the hotel had a very limited menu.  Dinner was more like bar type food.  But there plenty of restaurants nearby including a Starbucks right across from the hotel.  
You can also walk to the Woodlands Mall easily from there, about half a mile.  Lots of upscale stores  around the hotel.
Overall the staff was very nice and friendly.  But the hotel is a bit too pricy with limited amenities.  The rooftop pool was nice.

Nice Small Hotel

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Woodlands. I had a wedding to attend in the local area at 4pm. While not expected, they were able to check me in early so I could get ready and make it to the wedding on time. They had some of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a while. Service was great, and I enjoyed checking out the shops in the surrounding area. Great location. Would visit again.

Hyatt Centric Woodlands Stay

With the valet on an award night, it was everything I dreamed it could be.  It felt like Scottsdale was dropped into the Woodlands, with free parking. The surrounding food options were excellent as was the hotel bar, pool, hot tub and breakfast.

Great place in a great location

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, cleanliness superb! We will be staying here every time we visit from now on! The beds were extremely comfortable! The sheets were luxurious! Loved it all! No need to look any further, location was excellent as well!

Luxury at its finest

The hotel is in the Market Street and the location is great. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores in a walking distance. You can drive around 5 mins to The Woodlands Mall. Front desk employee is friendly. Room is clean. Will be back soon!

Weekend getaway

Loved our stay here! Area felt very much like a hallmark movie since we were there during the holidays, nice quite and pretty. Hotel food was good, room was gorgeous! Love it all, and plan to stay there again

Picturesque location & lovely hotel

Came to The Woodlands for a quick destress weekend with my daughter. We only left the area once- great location for access to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Loved the Hotel! We sat in the hot tub while the live music was going on and it was so nice. Def will return when I need a mini vacay again. Staff were wonderful 

relaxing getaway

Nice hotel in a great location. Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. Especially the doormen and breakfast staff. Negative- do not drink the bottled water in the room. It is only free if you are a high ranking Hyatt member. You will be charged $5.00 per bottle if not. 

Makes business travel a pleasure. The facility and amenities are exceptional. The staff is professional, yet engaging and always welcoming. Even speaking to the other guests of the hotel, they too find this one of their favorite places to travel.

Consistently exceptional

The property was very nice. They had someone opening the doors for you and we're very nice. 

The rooms were very large and clean. The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated.

I would recommend this hotel. There is also shopping and restaurants right out the door. 

Great place to stay!

Eric and his fellow greeters were more than helpful. He outdid himself helping us with all our items we had for the wedding on Saturday night. He gets my best review. We had several cars with trunks full of wedding decorations, drinks and more and he didn't hesitate to unload each one in a careful manner. 

Helpful staff

I had wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric! In addtion to the ease of parking, checking in, and enjoying my very classy and chic luxury king suite, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and engaging. I was gifted a complimentary bottle of champagne and sweet card from the staff. Including breakfast with your booking is a must, the food is delish! I will definitely book again! 

Exquisite chic hotel and ideal location!

A perfect get away for a weekend or a few days. Many social events close by. Some of the best restaurants in the region are located in the Woodlands. Excellent shopping and tons of golf.  I recommend you come and enjoy. 

The perfect retreat

If you want to stay at an upper end hotel with no room service, no restaurants open, no pool service, then this is your hotel.  Their excuse is Covid policy.  You can still provide services & maintain masks, 6 foot rule, etc.

I requested a room away from elevator, stairs, vending or ice machine on the reservation site, call after online check in, and check in at the hotel, but my room was right next to the elevator lobby and ice machine

Elegant, affordable, quiet, in the heart of good restaurants and shopping, Woodlands Mall  10 minute walking distance; Cynthia Woods Pavillon 10 minute walking distance; if you want to get away from the noisy waterway hotels this is the place I recommend

Please remove the Early Check In as it was not available to us due to a late check out. As a matter of fact we were called at 10:45 telling us early check in was not going to option and we could check in at 1:00. Upon arrival at the hotel around 1:30 our room was still not ready. So off to lunch and shopping we go till 3:00 and the room is still not ready. So we take the room as is ( only thing supposedly missing is the bottle of champagne in which I had made a request of No Brute. When we go into the room there were No Glasses ANY WHERE in a Suite that runs $1000.00 a night, REALLY. So down to the bar I go and get two glasses so we can at least have a drink of water out of the tap( Faucet ) since the Mini Fridge was completely EMPTY, again in a $1000.00 a night Suite ?REALLY.  Well I can defiantly say that the " Hyatt Market Street The Woodlands gave me the gift of a 30th wedding anniversary that we shall never forget. So please remove the $35.00 early check in fee on my bill before I really let the fur fly and tell you how unsatisfied I really am with the LOUSY service we received celebrating a mile stone in our marriage.


Average Stay for a exceptionally high price for a once in a life time event.

Super close walk to Cynthia Woods Pavilion.  Facilities were very nice and staff was very accommodating.  Will stay again for our next concert!  We stayed in the Lux Suite and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel and close to venue

It was a very nice location, pretty trees, easy access to shopping, though we went for a concert.  Didn't feel it was fully worth the price just because I expected a bit more due to the price.  We don't normally stay a such a pricey hotel, we were treating ourselves, but thought there would be more "bells and whistles"  fancier rooms for the price we paid.  Didn't get room service, wasn't mentioned when we checked in. The Lobby was pretty and nice, but the rooms were mediocore. Nothing fancy.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at the Cynthia woods Mitchel Pavilion. It is a quick 4 minute walk. It is also central to the waterway and outside shopping and restaurants.

My husband & I went on a babymoon & our stay was exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay & it was so quiet & everything was very clean bed was comfy as well very! We want to book another stay here again in the future it was just great! Really recommend the hotel staff were just amazing!

Amazing Stay!

The girl at the reception told me that they will not clean my room since I was staying 3 days and 2 night. They did not change the towels or anything on the room. The hotel was pretty much empty and I got a view to parking lot, when the location of the hotel is great and I got the worst view
