Smoking policy

All our rooms are non-smoking. Any form of smoking inside the room would attract a penalty of AED500.

Prohibited Items in room

Shisha, bakhoor burners (both manual and electrical), hotplates, candles, cooking or heating devices are prohibited in our rooms due to potential fire hazard. Nitrogen balloons are not allowed in the rooms.

Visitors policy

All visitors need to be registered at the front desk physical identification. Soft copies are not accepted. Visitors after 9pm to be registered to the room with an additional charge of AED200++.

Kids club policy

Kids club welcomes 3 to 10 years old. Max capacity is 4 children at a time. Only registered kids are permitted under their parents or authorized family members supervision.

Swimming pool

Pool timings are 8:30am to 08:00pm. Appropriate swimwear mandatory. Children under 16 to be supervised by parents at all times.

Outside food policy

Consuming outside food in the lobby, outdoor terrace, pool or any public areas within hotel premises is not allowed.

ID policy

All guests and visitors are to be registered at the front desk with a physical ID. Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC Nationals, passport are the accepted forms of identification. UAE drivers license accepted only for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above.

Parking

Complimentary valet and self-parking available for all in house guests only during their stay period. VIP parking space based on availability and additional charges.

Check-in Age

The minimum age to check-in at the hotel is 18 years. Guests below 18 years to be accompanied by an adult who is a family member.

Deposit

As additional cash or credit card deposit would be collected to guarantee any incidental charges of your stay.
