Pet Policy

Hyatt Centric Playa Del Carmen is a pet-friendly hotel. For the reopening year of 2025, we are waiving the pet fee. A pet waiver must be completed at check-in.

FEES: Complimentary during 2025

WEIGHT LIMITS: One dog up to 48 pounds (21 kilograms), or two dogs weighing up to 24 pounds (11 kilograms) each, are welcome. Pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or any hotel area. Please ensure pets are kept under control at all times to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
