This was a delightful property with a great location which made it easy to explore the city. Everything that we did was within a 30-minute walking distance or less. I did not give it a 5-star review because our room was very small room with a tiny bathroom space for the price. I know that the architecture of the building limits the design of the rooms. We do not spend a great deal of time in the room, so it was adequate for our first visit to Boston. The staff was professional and helpful.
Great stay! The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything and easy to get around Boston without a car. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I'd happily stay here again. Tip-visit the restaurant and get an Amaretto Sour!! DELICOUS!!

I was cautiously optimistic about staying at the Hyatt Centric, but was pleasantly surprised by the size, quality, and cleanliness of the property. Would highly recommend if business or pleasure takes you to central Boston.

Great location for visiting historical sites in Boston! Easy to get to from the airport by public transportation. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

In my opinion this is more of a 2 star city hotel and should not be market under the Hyatt brand. Rooms are extremely small and bathroom privacy is non-existent. Very noisy location - was up most of the night with the noise of the garbage trucks on the side street. Perhaps suitable for a single traveler with basic needs to stay in Boston

I stayed here for a long weekend visit to Boston. I selected this hotel for its location and the category 6 rating. Our room was tiny. No convenient place to put luggage while unpacking, barely any drawers or closet space. Breakfast service was indifferent, No club room. I find it hard to believe that Hyatt gives this a category 6 rating. Very disappointed.

This is a practical choice for a visitor to Boston who want to be near the historical sites, the North End, harbor, and financial District. The location is exceptional and almost on top of a T station. The room we had was small, clean and functional. Beds were comfortable. There was some street noise from garbage trucks at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Cara was good. Fresh fruit was great.

This hotel is within walking distance to so many areas of interest in Boston. The hotel allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time at 4:00.
