Overall Impression: The Hyatt in Central Bangalore is a well-maintained property with a highly cooperative staff. While its location is excellent for exploring different sides of the city, Bangalore's traffic requires careful planning. Location & Commute: • Strategic Hub: Because the hotel is centrally located, it is almost equidistant to most parts of Bangalore. This is incredibly helpful if you need to visit different areas over a multi-day stay. • Traffic Alert: The traffic in this area can be brutal. Make sure to plan your outings well in advance—traveling just 25 km can easily take 3 to 3.5 hours during peak traffic hours or when it rains. Rooms & Service: • Cleanliness: The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. • Staff: The reception team is professional, helpful, and very cooperative. Dining: • Average Experience: The food choices and service are just average ("OK-OK" type), but the prices are exorbitant. • Dietary Restrictions: I would not recommend dining here if you are strictly vegetarian or require highly customized meals. Booking Tips (Save up to 50%): • Book Direct: I highly advise booking directly with the hotel rather than through online travel agents, as direct booking was almost 50% cheaper. • Book Early: The hotel follows a strict dynamic pricing policy. Last-minute rates skyrocket, so planning and booking your stay well in advance will save you a lot of money.

First time Ive stayed in this hotel although had food a couple of times. Had an excellent experience, staff very responsive and sincere and food was good both for dinner as well as breakfast.

Great location from airport. Very lively reception with very polite, courteous staff. Riya and staff treated me as so well that it felt like being at home. Good room with all amenities, bed & pillows were like my own which helped me to sleep comfortably after traveling in Thailand, Malaysia, Ahmedabad and final in Bangalore for three day business trip. Had a half tour of sites in Bangalore using hotel limousine which was not too expensive. Next trip back to Thailand, then to USA, transit via London. Great stay at. Hyatt Centric at Hebbal, Banglore.

Great hotel… the staff is warm and welcoming, location is great, food is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a lot of natural light. It’s a great establishment, run by young and friendly staff.

If you work in Hebbal and want to do some shopping in Phoenix mall of asia this is the best place to stay. Swimming pool was good. Stayed in a suite and experience was awesome.

I stayed in Oct 2026, and took a lake facing room,The overall experience from the enterance to the rooms were very well taken care. Staff was very courteous, i would like to take name of Riya Dutta and Seema from Front desk for taking care of our request and making the initial check in and later check out process very smooth. I would recommend Hyatt for their stay experince , also the breakfast was very good. Would recommend Umammi restaurant pan asian newly opened .

All good but direct guest to go from right after exit gate to avoid big jam always because of signal in front of your hotel.
