Nice, modern hotel located in nice neighbor. Hotel rooms were nicely appointed and the hotel had a host of services one would expect for a buisness / personal visit.

The food service is terrible, the service at room service is terrible, the delay for the food worst, and quality we simply got sick.

I visit León Guanajuato every year and stayed in so many different hotels the last 21 years and Hyatt Centric it’s the best, from food to comfort, customer service and amenities. Liz Gonzalez the sale manager always on top of things making sure everything it’s great, and Alfredo at the restaurant giving us the best service in my life in a restaurant, I have done big parties here and they exceed all my expectations. I also love the rooms, and the comfort, the mattress and pillows there are my favorites. Can’t wait to go back to the spa and get couples massages again, you can’t ask for a better place to go and relax and enjoy authentic Mexican food with hand made tortillas. What made this trip staying at the Hyatt Centric was the staff. Starting at the front desk, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They remembered me each time each I went to the front desk and were very attentive to my needs. We ate a couple of time at the hotel restaurant Cien Tios and waiter Kevin was top notch and saw that we were well cared for. At the breakfast buffet, staff Emma, Mario and Alfonzo took very good care of our large group. Overall, the whole staff seemed to love their job, and worked fast and hard to provide the best service possible. They were proud of their hotel, Hyatt Centric, and went far beyond expectations to make my stay fantastic.

Usually I have a great time on this hotel but this time was a mess, the A/C wasn’t working and the room was super hot I can’t sleep at all, I call front desk at night they send someone that didn’t fix anything next morning I request again some maintenance they ignore me finally after 3 complaints they decide to move me to another room, I’m disappointed for the level of service of the staff this time, hopefully this was a one time glitch and not a sign of decadence on this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful; looks like a museum spotless. Impressive. The roof pool is incredible and neat, to have a great time and spend the afternoon with friends and drink; BUT THE BED IS THE BEST I EVER HAD EVER! I hope the hotel can share the brand of the mattress. I could go back just due to the bed! The plaza beside the hotel is great, the restaurants are awesome.

They give you a complementary drink on arrival . It was late but the service was always outstanding . The place is new and nice and very comfortable rooms. Definitely the best one on that side of the city of Leon. I really recommend it .

Best hotel I’ve stayed at! Great food and amazing service everyone was so helpful. They had live music on Friday and it was amazing! The managers, bartenders and waitstaff were all super friendly and attentive. We traveled with our 2 year old toddler the rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to dining in the area and a Walmart both walking distance. The pool has an amazing view and it is WARM just amazing place and people. Super safe place you need a key to go up the elevator which I liked made me feel safe

When we arrived we were the only people in reception. However, the 3 reception staff that were there could not bother themselves to greet us. Then they sent us to a room that was under construction. Then they sent us to another room with one towel for 2 guests. I asked for another towel from a housekeeper I found in the hallway. The next day housekeeping left only one towel again. I asked for a towel in reception. It never came. The next morning I asked again for a towel and asked them to leave it in my room as I was leaving for a bit. They left 2 towels folded up in a wad in the entryway on top of my suitcase. I'm used to towels being individually folded and in the bathroom in a hotel of this level. Finally, I have been trying for months to plan a brunch for 80 people in their 100 Tios restaurant. The salesperson does not return calls or respond to emails. There is always an excuse. They are always ridiculous. Its been over two weeks with no response from her at this point. Her job is sales. This is an incredibly simple brunch. Buffet, omelet station, mimosas. Couldn't be simpler. I mentioned all of these things to the "quality" person on Saturday. Today is Thursday and I still haven't heard from them. Pretty pathetic.

This Hyatt offers great service, very pleasant and responsive staff, GREAT FOOD, very clean hotel and VERY comfortable rooms. I wish this hotel was in central Guanajuato City, I would no doubt stay here for the entire trip if it was.
