Phenomenal experience at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, I would recommend this location to any and all who would like to visit Tokyo. The Roppongi area is clean, safe, and diverse - offering a wide variety of activities and easy access to other local neighborhoods. Overall it was excellent and I highly recommend it to any and all who wish to visit Tokyo!

One of the best Hyatt hotels we have seen. Extremely friendly staff. Club lounge was amazing. Clean rooms. Pool was refreshing during August heat. Spa was good and restaurants were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

Beautiful hotel with a great location! Very walkable to great food and shops. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. they went out out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We’ll be staying here for every future visit to Tokyo.

Fantastic location! Very close to the Roppongi subway station and can easily get to different places in Tokyo. The Roppongi Hill has lots of interesting shops to visit. The Club Lounge was also enjoyable. Recommend!

I was in Tokyo for business and vacation and chose the Grand Hyatt for its location and amenities. I had never been to either and only learned of the Grand Hyatt due to its location. The hotel, the staff, the restaurants and food, the pool, the room, and the service exceeded all expectations. 5 star plus. Not inexpensive but worth it and I'd go back in a second. Highly recommend.

The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is such a wonderful hotel to stay at while exploring Tokyo. It is centrally located to all the major tourist and cultural attractions. Easy to get to other part of Tokyo with the metro system, right beneath the hotel.The staffs were amazing and professional. The suite were spacious and beautifully decorated.

The Grand Hyatt Roppongi is a beautiful and modern hotel. Staff is supper attentive and responsive, rooms are spacious and very well equipped, bathroom large and shower just awesome, location is 10!

Great experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Staff was very attentive and globalist benefits are great here. Woolf visit again if in the area.

Pokemon Suite is a scam. Crazy price: JPY 412,000 shown at confirmation, but the final price was JPY 520,000 (USD 3,520), for ONE night, which is a price you will only see at check-out as they charge extra 26% but never show you the final price during the booking. Then despite this price, nothing will be luxurious : despite being two people you will only receive one set of exclusice suite goods (despite these goods being low price items: a tshirt, a towel, a bathrobe and a cap...and multiple times they refused to give one set each, which feels really petty...). Then service is the same as any other guest and poor (had to make 7 phone call just to move a dinner to feet their massage schedule and they won't talk to each other). Suite is on a very low floor with a really poor view of tokyo. The so called lounge is accessible to everyone as no one check at the entrance. The concept and idea of a Pokemon Suite are nice and fun, and the plush, special meals and atmosphere are nice, but the experience for the price is ridiculously poor. Don't expect anything fancy or luxurious for the price. You will just get the dinner and breakfeast also available at the restaurant, poor service. Would have loved it for USD 500 a night, but feeled robbed and scammed by the Pokemon brand for the USD 3,500 per night paid (not to mention the doctor they provided for a simple infection charged JPY 110,000 for a 5mn visit...).

The hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower. The staff was excellent and very helpful, from check-in to check-out.
