Grand Place Indeed
Very expensive for Grand Club, but definitively luxury with a wide variety of food and drinks, with 22 All Inclusive Cocktails and a separate breakfast area, swim up bar, and Club Room, it was a great stay at a great hotel. Very close to the beach, marina, and other activities, really enjoyed my time.

Amazing hotel in a prime location
Amazing hotel in a prime location on the main promenade. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were great and kept in good condition. The hotel was central to the Marina and Restaurants/Shops of Playa Blanca. We had such an enjoyable stay and hope to return in the future.

Half term family break
Everything was great, just a lack of sunbeds and had to request more round pool. Other than that we and the kids loved the hotel

A perfect stay – we’re already planning our return!
We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, with lush greenery, lovely pools, great bars and spacious, spotless rooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and a special mention to Dylan, who made activities like archery and shooting so much fun. The food was amazing, including the restaurants you can book through the hotel’s brilliant mobile website. It’s so easy to use, with everything from hotel information and events to restaurant bookings and room service all in one place. Photos online really dont do the hotel justice. A perfect stay from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back next year and bringing our family!

Best relaxing holiday we have had for a while....
Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. Towels, robes, slippers, toiletries to name but a few of the extras. Our package has a minibar and a lovely coffee machine which also dispensed hot water for tea. Spacious balcony too. Air conditioning smelt a bit fusty which also made our clothes smell a little which was our only negative of the room. All areas of the hotel were clean and in good order and mostly smoke free. The pools which although looked and smelt clean, were all in need of repairs. The hotel was very quiet considering how many people were staying there. It was bliss. Perfect location to beach, marina, shops and bars and for the ferry terminal for a trip to another island. Staff were very helpful and friendly and always smartly dressed. All in all we had a great stay and would return.

10/10 hotel experience
Great hotel Perfect location, 2 mins walk to beach. Big, clean plenty of sun loungers and pools. Rooms with all amenities.

Hotel was not what I expected!
Hotel was not what I expected. No pool view as a great big tree was blocking out daylight never mind the view! A lot of the areas shown were not included in my package, which was not explained when I booked and is quite misleading! Food at buffet very boring and repetitive. Only 2 specialty restaurants were open at any one time for 3/4 straight days. Hana was actually quite nice. We ate out a few times. Mini bar was very limited, 2 bottles of beer and some soft drinks. I did expect some wine. I think we were spoiled by Iberostar Selection on last holiday 5 months ago.

First Class Hotel as you expect from this Brand.
Great Hotel in a excellent location, having multiple restaurants available on t All Inclusive work really well, could have been a little more information about what was going on with entertainment, wifi very slow in rooms and the usual problem of people reserving sunbeds and then not using them is a big problem at this Hotel, not even a sign anywhere asking for them to not be reserved, Hotel Management could do a lot more in this area. The issue of the lighting not working at night on the beach side of the Hotel is a real issue as you really need a torch and honestly quite dangerous appreciate this not a Hotel problem but needs sorting.

Great Holiday will definitely be back.
Just returned from a weeks stay and have to say it was brilliant. The staff make the hotel. Every one of the staff members we interacted with were first class. The food was very good in all the speciality restaurants and being all inclusive meant we could use them multiple times. Our room was kept clean and tidy every day and mini bar always restocked. We saw some poor reviews before travelling and have to admit it was so much better than some would have you belive. We as a couple will definitely be back.

Enjoyable stay, good hotel, average food
Lovely hotel, comfortable room. The aircon was not great. We had a cot for out 5 month baby, it was spacious but firm, it was a well used and slightly worn travel cot. Finding shade to sit with our baby was hard, the pool umbrellas are not UV protecting and we could only find shade in the mornings. Enjoyed the options of pools and depths. The big main pool felt a little dangerous as the edges slope down. There were lifts to access floors but the lifts were quite small. Service at the bars was good. Enjoyed the beach and walk along the coastal path. Staff and check in/out were good. Food was not amazing, the buffet was average, very hit and miss with food. We didn’t try the restaurants as our baby had to go to bed.

Avoid. You can do so much better.
Avoid. So many better other hotels and experiences available for this price. Bland buffet food, poor coffee from a machine and few of the restaurants open. Dated hotel.

Excellent Stay
Overall was great experience. Pool, Spa. Entertainment was excellent , cleaning and club service was excellent , the downside was the food buffet and the request sent before arrival without any response from the reservation team.

Our second visit this year. Very clean, in a great location. Value for money . Only did bed and breakfast as there are so many restaurants near by. Did do Grand club and worth the extra money.

Great Location
The hotel had some great parts like the pools, it was quite great views and very relaxing you do however need to put a towel down early to get a bed. The location is 1st class and room service 2nd to none. Now for bits that let yhe hotel down The food, same everyday with no themed nights, I would go B&B ans eat out aa thw food ans choices outside hotel are excellent and not expensive. Also take some toilet rolls as it is very rough ans hard throughout hotel ans rooms. Thw location ia brilliant, thw beach just outside has crystal sea and a great beach bar, a lot cheaper than the hotel. I would say this is a good 3 star hotel with a 5 star price. Would 100% go back to resort but would choice B&B next time or a difference hotel.

Good stay but could be improved
Overall we had a great week staying at this hotel, we stayed in a grand club room on a half board basis, this allowed us access to the club lounge, ideal for snacks and drinks throughout the day, we also had access to the two infinity pools, the Elysian beach area is in desperate need of attention with old worn sun beds and weeds that need to be removed. Around the pool more parasols are needed as despite the hotel’s policy of removing towels from the sun beds after fifty minutes of no one being sat on them, I didn’t see this enforced once during my stay. Granted I never had an issue getting a sun bed but unless you were at the poolside at 9am you struggled to bet a parasol. The club access also give us entry to the spa for free for 1 hour, the spa was well worth the visit, sauna, Turkish bath, mineral pool with jacuzzi features. The location of the hotel was ideal, 5 minute walk to the marina and its shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk into the resort centre. I would say the hotel is closer to a 4 star than a 5 star as listed by Jet2.
