I had a wonderful 7‑day stay at the Grand Hyatt, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and the experience was just as great as my first. The service was excellent, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making the entire stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The facilities and overall atmosphere truly made me feel happy and well taken care of. Without a doubt, this is a hotel I trust and enjoy, and I will definitely come back again in the future.

This Grant Hyatt is in a great location for my work. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive. Especially the Executive Lounge staff which are amazing and supremely helpful. Even helped me ordered food at night and have them delivered to my room. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Xi'an.

I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Xi’an. I stayed from Sunday evening to Friday morning and was consistently impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every staff member. The Front Desk team helped me communicate with my driver in both English and Chinese. The Breakfast and Lounge teams were attentive and thoughtful—remembering my preferred Red Date drink and even helping with cash payments each evening. A staff member from Room Service later followed up to ensure I’d received my receipt, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping team was exceptional. My room was spotless each night, making my stay incredibly comfortable, and one team member even helped fix a stuck bathtub plug. Outstanding hospitality across the board—bravo.

One of the best Hyatt properties i have ever stayed! Super friendly staff and very cool hyatt lounge and club. The hotel is well maintained and family suite is spacious. there is actually a outside paito on the 25th floor, super cool! Will definately come back again in the future.

Top quality. Staff are extremely service oriented and friendly. The building is in excellent condition, all the finishings are top quality. Bathrooms are beautiful and clean. Very comfortable room and work area. Breakfast is very wide ranging and very impressive although predominantly for Chinese taste buds.

Food, facility, location, all of great. One issue of foreigner is communication. Sometimes it is difficult to communicate by English.

The last Grand Hyatt on trip to China and like the others did not disappoint. The staff again excelled and looked after our every need. The buffet was outstanding dispute the high price would recommend.

Very good experience at Grand Hyatt Xi'an. Judy demonstrated professionalism and was particularly helpful. Additionally, the club lounge staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This is a really nice place to stay. very nice neighborhood. Check-in was not the best but ok. The lounge was pretty good just wish they had a better selection of drinks. Somewhat over priced compared to Grand Hyatts in other locations.

Cost-effective with good quality. Lounge service is beyond expectation a lot. Breakfast is abundant, offering many different options. I would recommend to stay here if guests are not taking subway as their main transportation.

This hotel well worth the 5 stars rating, the location, the services particularly the check in process and the condition of the room hold up the standard for the Hyatt name. We traveled with 2 more couples and we all shared the same comment of the hotel.

Good and nice hotel in business district. If you are touring the city, I suggest you live near Grand Tang mall area instead. Not many good restaurants or are overpriced near the hotel and delivery options were average. When I got out of taxi from airport, I asked staff if they have change as I don't have Alipay/ wechat (was going to rely on my friend who already checked-in for rest of trip). They either didn't understand me or don't have much change. After a few minutes, another staff helped me and got me smaller bills for my 100rmb bill. Also when checking in, the staff did not know English and told me I need to pay 6000 rmb deposit (my stay was less than 3000rmb). I was shocked why I need to pay 6000rmb deposit and asked when can I get it back. She did not understand my question... Turns out, she actually meant the total I need to pay including room price is 6000 rmb which is more reasonable. I had to ask my Chinese speaking friend to ask her afterwards.. The room is nice - 3 sinks even in basic room seems excessive but I guess a bonus. Don't bother asking hotel to arrange taxi to hotel. They told me through the online chat that it cost 88RMB but we saw is actually cost 3XX RMB. I'm not sure why they misquoted me. I ended up getting a taxi myself from airport instead of arranging it through them as I didn't want to do a long distance call and the online agent said I got to call/ email the hotel (I couldn't email as I wanted to arrange a few hours before my flight and likely wouldn't get a reply in time).

This is our third staycation with Grand Hyatt Xi’an. The experience just keeps getting better. Grace made sure that our stay would be really “Grand”. The suite in Grand Hyatt Xi’an was so much better than the last one we stayed at (sorry, Grand Hyatt Chengdu). Even if the room was a bit warm for us, guest service was quick enough to provide a Dyson for our stay. Even the temporary closure of the pool, gym and spa was not enough to dampen our stay. It just meant more time to enjoy the suite. It also felt just heartwarming when Kay from the club welcomed us and said “long time no see”. It’s such a testament to the kind of service they provide when they even remember your name. We can’t wait for our next stay.

More or less, the club lounge begins to play a more and more important role in luxury-branded hotels, based on my observations in recent years. For quite a long time, I just could not help thinking about one simple fact: what's the point for a hotel to host an executive lounge or cub lounge, which apparently doesn't help too much on revenue, not to mention its inherent cost. Well, as the time goes by, I gradually realize that running a club lounge truly makes sense in so many aspects: First, it helps the hotel itself (or even the Hyatt Hotel Group) to identify higher-grade customers, which consequently increases the chances to seek more commercial values. I ever noticed the lounge was fully occupied during happy hour time someday early August by almost more than 40 guests, most of who seem to be at the middle-class level and they could truly afford the room charge on Grand Club guestrooms. Second, it helps to maintain the ties with Hyatt members, especially those Globalist members, which is needless to say. Last but not the least, it helps to build the image of the hotel itself. Frankly speaking, I was literally impressed pretty much by its beauty at the first glance of the Grand Club Lounge when it was in Fall 2021. The interior design, the amenities as well as the premium services provided by the lounge staff, makes the Grand Hyatt Xian outperform much more beyond one's original expectation of this mid-range luxury hotel brand. And the bottom line is that, the club lounge could make a key differentiator among mid-range luxury hotel competitors when it comes to maintaining long-term customer relationships and exploring new potential customers within a more and more competitive context during the post-pandemic era. Here I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staffs: Ms. Jeniffer Sun, Ms. Joanna Yang, and Ms. Kay Zhao from the Grand Club Lounge, whose diligent work truly makes a difference! One day both me and my colleagues back to hotel quite late, and the food of lounge almost ran out since only 10 mins left. And the hotel staff quickly prepare another food for us even we said it's enough. Let me feel they really treat us like friends or family members. Always do the best for you. Very touched. One of the best Hyatts in China in terms of hospitality, comfort, and luxury. would highly recommend whether for personal or business travel. Generous service and care. Excellent bedding and sleep quality.

Grand stay and grand people. Thanks to Grace Li at the front desk for a superb service. She’d know what you need before you do. The room was huge for three people. The Club Lounge was mostly deserted during the day, and my son would go any time for cookies and milk. Joanna and Kay spoiled him too much but no one’s complaining. The pool is long enough for lapping, and the gym would have everything you need. If you want to detoxify, the sauna and spa close late in the evening. Sleep? Order any kind of pillow from the pillow menu and sleep for more than 8 hours with their black out curtains. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended.

Overall experience at the hotel was good, staff were very professional and helpful, service was top quality. Rooms were clean and the dry cleaning was exceptional. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that i was staying at the executive suite level and had access to the Grand Club room. But unlike the other Grand Hyatt i've stayed in Chengdu or Guangzhou, the club room in Xi An was closed/locked after 10pm. I usually worked late nights and have the habit of getting drinks or late night snacks, that's the reason I've booked the executive suite for the sake of convenience. Also unlike 5 star hotels such as Shangri La or The Ritz, the Grand Club room only offer beers or other alcoholic drinks during 6pm-8pm. During normal hours, only cheap sodas & water are available. I prob won't book the Grand Hyatt executive suites in the future again, value isn't that great.

One of he best stays in China. I loved the building, the hotel and attention to details unprecedented in China. Have been to Xi'an few times. This hotel the best so far. Wish the rooftop would be accessible for visitors though.

I’ve visited Xi’an over 10 times and this time I chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt. The overall experience was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms with new appliances and comfortable bed, nice breakfast buffet with a good selection of local and foreign choices. The lounge is amazing as well. I will definitely stay here again.
