This stay in Grant Hayyt Shenyang completely redefined what “service” means to me, and every bit of that magic initiated with the hotel’s guests manager Lynn. It started the moment I got a phone call a day before arrival querying about my arrival time and room preference. Lynn personally asked questions like preferred floor height, room layout, views and smoking status. When I finally walked through the door, exhausted from the flight,everything was already pre-arranged at the front desk with the warmest smile, welcome drink and fruits. Lynn explained that she had prepared me to a corner room with the best view in the hotel just the way I like it, as always in Grant Hyatt Shenyang. Lynn always greet guests by name, this single detail told me customs are genuinely being cared at the hotel. Throughout my seven-night stay, Lynn’s thoughtfulness never stopped. She asked about how is the room humidity and if I had enough welcome fruits and sparking water. Nothing ever felt rehearsed; it all felt genuinely personal. Lynn didn’t just manage a hotel; she created memories I’ll carry forever. If you ever stay here, consider yourself lucky the second she smiles at you. Thank you, Lynn, from the bottom of my heart. You turned a simple trip into the most memorable chapter of my back to home experience.I’ll for sure be back, again and again. Thank you Lynn!

Very convenient to every where especially to access subway . Shopping eating is within minutes away. Room is super clean staff all are very friendly. Feel treated as a king! We will certainly come back again!

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was terrible. I was not able to connect to an important international meeting and was forced to go to another hotel to use their business center. Although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, the hallway stunk of cigarette smoke.

Greeted by friendly staff. The room was big and nice view of Shenyang city. Varieties of choice for breakfast section. Receptionist at the entrance was fantastic. They are very helpful in handling/receiving the deliveries from taobao shop.

Stayed in the suite room for 8 days in April'25. Excellent service from entering the hotel, breakfast with lots of options from Chinese breakfast to Western breakfast, etc best I have experienced with Grand Hyatt cross the globe. The spa and swimming pool are clean and nice as well

Room was excellent, with big bathroom (bath and shower) and stunning view. It was clean every day. Breakfast offer western and Chinese meals and variety of fruit. The staff was always helpful and I have nothing to complain. I really recommend stay there.

This is a great hotel with a good location (5 mins walk to metro station), and connected/next to a few malls (one very fancy, the others with good restaurant options). Elite treatment is very good at this hotel and i very much enjoyed my stay.

Shenyang Grand Hyatt is the best! It connects with Mix City shopping mall, we can enter the mall inside the building! The location is great, easy to get a taxi and near subway station. The service of the front desk and entrance are excellent

im really impressed about the nice service of the hotel staff, which makes me comfortable just like home. this is my first time come to shenyang with my family member, and the hotel staff kindly helped us with local information, which helped me save a lot of time. i think i will come back to this city again.

My stay at the Hyatt Grand was, sadly, more disappointing than pleasing. Good things first - our suite was clean and well-laid out. But things went south with the inadequate air conditioning. During our stay, Shen Yang was boiling at 110 degrees. We tried closing the curtain all afternoon, didn't work. Asked the front desk for a room change, they refused. Their solution? A fan, and not even a cooling one, which didn't help us at all. We were literally sweating in our room, even more so after a light exercise from the pool. The front desk blamed it on our room's exposure to the sun, which i agreed, but our nighttime ordeal didn't change. They sent a tecniation and testedair condition wind temperature is normal, but our room was stuck at 78 degrees. The tecnation seemed aware of this problem. He insist to show the aircondtion tempeture only, and try to avoid showing room tmepture, which is more important data to tenant. I reckon their air conditioning simply lacks the horsepower for that particular room. We woke up several times in the night, sweating, and had to sleep without any covers or blankets. After a long day fighting heat, I gave up and booked a premium suite, with four times higher cash price than the standard suite price. Luckly enoguh, i had enough Hyatt points to book insetad. Here, at least the air conditioning was right. But there were zero welcome fruits or proper drinking cups, only small tea cups. Also, the ice machine was broken. The view from the bedroom was of an unfinished skyscraper right in front of us, forcing us to keep our curtains closed. On the day of my departure, my flight was at 5 pm so I requested a 3 pm checkout. However, I was told to check out at 12 pm and the best they could do was to extend it to 2 pm, which was my original right as an Explorist. They didn't even bother checking the room information before giving a generic response. After these two days of suite vacation at the Hyatt Grand, I am left more frustrated than satisfied. I hope future guests don't have to endure the same issues.

This is one of the worst 4- or 5- star hotel I ever stayed. The room temperature was 28 degreeC or 82 degreeF in April. When I complained to the customer service, they told us the central air conditioner was set that way and cannot be changed. I can’t believe a hotel let guests live in 28 C rooms and do nothing to improve the condition. Multiple customers complained the room temperature. You are not coming to an 5-star hotel but a sauna room.

The hotel is gorgeous, centrally located, quiet, clean, and has perhaps the best breakfast buffet I've ever tasted. The selection and, above all, the quality were incredible. Highly recommended. My only complaint is the double elevator system - every time you go to your room or leave the hotel, you have to access the lobby level (somewhere on the 24th floor) before transferring to another elevator to either go to your room or to floor level. Not a big deal. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang.

If you visit Shenyang you must stay at the Grand Hyatt! The staff are very helpful and always quick to action any special request. It has excellent food choices both Chinese and Western and is in a great location next to The Mix shopping centre. A very comfortable stay! Thank you!

Always well looked after at the Hyatt! Club lounge and breakfast is always good and the customer service is excellent. They have taken good measures to avoid any kind of COVID-19 risk for all customers and it helps to know before you travel.

Always excellent customer service, especially at breakfast and in the club lounge. So much choice and great quality! The club lounge in the evenings offers somewhere quiet to unwind with work colleagues over a drink. I'll be returning again!

Very nice property and a helpful staff. Roof top bar is a hilarious and unexpected perk with a live band and lively customers. Breakfast buffet was a bit lacking. 25 minutes from the airport. Overall a solid hotel.

Luxurious Hotel with great Bar, very good and bright variety of Breakfast. Clean and big rooms with very good beds. Luxurious Bathroom. Very friendly stuff. Great Penthouse Bar with good Lifebands. Located right in the centre of Shenyang.

The staff were very friendly, the concierge was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. IL Forno served a wide variety of Italian food. The bar Fa’r had a fabulous international band. Overall a fantastic stay.
