The Mansion, the unique residential style venue in Grand Hyatt Shenzhen, consists of approximately 550 sq m (5,920 sq ft) of space, including a loft kitchen and six private rooms with natural light spread over two different floors, each of which can accommodate 10 to 84 guests in banquet style. It provides the perfect backdrop for events such as corporate meetings, social catering , and small scale weddings.

Featuring an open kitchen and outdoor terrace with plenty of natural light, Salon Du Theatre  is a unique event space in Shenzhen City. Equipped with a sound system and ultra-high-definition LED screen, it can accommodate up to 400 people for meetings and 24 tables for banquets, making it an ideal choice for social events.

The Salon, column-free design allows for plenty of natural light, and the space can also be divided into two separate meeting rooms with soundproof partitions, which can be flexibly combined to accommodate meetings of various sizes ranging from 30 to 160 people, and banquets of up to nine tables.

With its column-free design, 8.8 m (28.8 ft) ceiling height, and 12 elevated motorized lifting points—as well as abundant natural light—the Grand Ballroom is an ideal venue for hosting grand meetings and celebrations. With a large freight elevator allowing car access, the Grand Ballroom can also be divided into three separates soundproof ballrooms, which can be flexibly combined to accommodate meetings of 200 to 1,000 people or banquets of up to 60 tables. A separate, spacious veranda area with an outdoor balcony provides a relaxing social experience for guests.
