Resort Fee
A resort fee of $50 will be applied per room for each night of the stay, granting resort guests access to a variety of services and amenities designed to enhance their stay in Scottsdale. Please contact Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort directly for more information.

Pet Policy
As a pet-friendly hotel in Scottsdale, we understand that pets are part of the family and aim to make our four-legged guests feel right at home. Upon arrival, a special welcome letter is given to your pet along with complimentary amenities in your room, suite or casita. Please note pet amenities are subject to change.
Pet Fees
1–6 nights: $150 per stay
7–30 nights (additional deep-cleaning fee, nonrefundable): $150/stay
Weight Limit
Individual pet weight limit: 50 lbs
Maximum number of pets: 1

Rollaway Bed Policy
One rollaway bed is permitted in king rooms only for a fee of $25 per day.
Firearm Policy
The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort strictly prohibits the possession of weapons on resort premises, in accordance with Arizona code section A.R.S. 4-229. No exemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, even those licensed and permitted to carry a firearm, and/or where applicable, to conceal-carry a firearm. Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises.
Non-Smoking Policy
Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of $500 per stay will apply to any documented violations.
On-Site Photography & Videography
At Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, encourage our guests to take personal video or photography while enjoying their stay for personal, non-commercial purpose.For photography or videography purposes including (but not limited to) advertising photography, engagements or wedding-related shoots, class, family or individual portraits, model/fashion related shoots and unapproved influencer marketing, written permission from the resort is required to utilize our any of our hotel indoor or outdoor spaces. Kindly note that unauthorized professional photographers/videographers will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately.
