Wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta
We stayed for 4 days with two families in the GH Jakarta. Rooms are spacious, staff is very kind, food is good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing
Amazing hotel, we stayed the night to enjoy the Le Petit Chef. It was an incredible stay. The spa and gym were amazing. The breakfast was exceptional.

I would like to share my greatest shoutout and gratitude to Ras for his outstanding service the professional top-notch welcome as well as his constant superb assistance during our stay. He made us feel at home and well-attended to. Our requests and concerns were always heard and attended to very excellently and on-point. Especially during my sister's recent birthday we have requested to decorate something in the room and the team went above and beyond! Thank you once again to Ras and Kyzia for decorating the room with the special happy birthday drawings by the mirror it was really cute and the special chocolate cake as well as the delectable Hyatt chocolate pralines ! We really enjoyed it and felt very special :) Especially to my sister that is having her birthday ! THANK YOU!!! ALWAYS love coming back to Hyatt :)

Very enjoyable stay in the middle of Jakarta metropolis
We had a very nice stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Our room - family room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly. So appreciated - all of the staff made sure we were always well-cared for! The kids liked the pool. It was nice to relax! You must try breakfast and dinner at Grand Café! Good food and attentive staff with a comprehensive offering of quality foods. We’ll be back! Thank you so much Grand Hyatt Jakarta.
