Great hotel with all amenities
Right next to the beach. Great options for food inside the hotel. The service was exceptional. Rooms were large and clean. Views were amazing. I need express clothes pressed for a presentation in the morning. Done in 3 hours. Front of desk were brilliant - I stayed for 3 days and everytime you see a friendly known face greeting you.

Best experience
I would like to thank Mr. Matias for the best experience he always offers us! As usual, he is very cooperative, caring and he became part of our family where we always feel comfortable dealing with him and providing us the best level quality. Also I would like to thank Mr. Sagor, in Santa Monica Breakfast Club for the best service he offers me and my kids while we were taking our breakfast. Also he has very good communication skills with kids as they like him too much and always ask for him when we not see him. Also Miss Jaz was very friendly and lovely. She keeps smiling and giving welcoming face. Also Mr. Mamun for his hard work to make our room clean, arranged and have the best experience and feel of home.

Rewind with Grand Hayatt
Grand Hayatt is always my go-to hotel to visit. My recent visit was because i needed some alone and relaxed time by myself and just needed to disconnect from the busy life and Grand Hayatt was the answer of course.

Exceptional staff and lovely hotel
A beautiful hotel, close to everything in the area via uber. The staff were all very attentive and polite. We had a great welcome at reception, had a lovely clean room with a lovely view towards the city. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with the friendly staff. Gabriel in the club lounge gave exceptional service. The hotel itself is beautiful, although there are parts that require some maintenance and update. The children/ family pool area is in need of essential maintenance to the flooring around that area and the pool bar. We walked around by the villas and felt the pool there is also needing the same attention. The villa area felt less looked after and I wouldn't personally stay there (didn't go inside the villas) The infinity pool is beautiful and this should be the standard of the other pools. The monkey bar is really nice inside- it's a bit more clubby with the music and a bit louder if you like that kind of thing. I personally feel it would be better as more of a chill out beach club vibe, rather than house music and banging tunes! Overall we loved our stay, the staff made it special with the level of service they gave.

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful location, convenient access to nearby attractions, and the warm welcome from our reception team. It’s wonderful to know that your room, view, and daily breakfast experience contributed positively to your stay. A special thank you for recognising Gabriel in the Club Lounge for his exceptional service — your kind words will certainly make his day. We are equally pleased that our team’s attentiveness and hospitality made your visit memorable. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the family pool area, pool bar, and villa surroundings. Your observations are invaluable, and we have shared them with our management and engineering teams as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving our facilities. We’re glad to know that you enjoyed the infinity pool and Monkey Tale, and we appreciate your comments on the atmosphere and vibe. Overall, we are truly pleased that your stay was special, thanks to the service and care you received. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful experience. Very nice stay at a beautiful hotel
The overall stay was wonderful. Impeccable beautiful grounds, very clean, wonderful breakfast. We stood as guests of honor in a gorgeous suite for 2 nights to explore Doha. The room was big, bathroom had a large tub, very spacious shower, Balmain brand and no need to bring any toiletries. The view was amazing. However, due to severe snow storm, our flight was cancelled and we were stranded for 2 more nights in Doha. We wanted to add 2 more nights to our existing reservation, obviously, paid with points, however, that wasn't accomodated. We were downgraded to a regular room without ability to use GOH benefits and had to pay for the club access. That was a little disappointing as I am a very loyal Hyatt customer, staying exclusively at Hyatt whenever I travel. Everything else was exceptional at this hotel. Staff at the club and Santa Monica restaurant (which is included for breakfast if you have club benefits) was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious, many choices and varied daily. The club food was also very very good. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel, if all goes as planned, but considering the stress of rebooking flights and scrambling with changed plans during unforseen circumstances, don't expect status recognition or reservation flexibility.

Dear Bagira726, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed our beautifully maintained grounds, well‑appointed suite, and the excellent service provided by our Club Lounge and Santa Monica Breakfast teams. Your kind comments regarding our breakfast offerings and the overall quality of your stay are sincerely appreciated. We regret the inconvenience caused during your extended stay following the unexpected snowstorm. We fully understand how challenging such disruptions can be. Unfortunately, award availability can at times limit our ability to secure the same room category or extend guest‑of‑honor benefits for additional nights. Nevertheless, we are sorry for any disappointment this may have caused, particularly given your loyalty to Hyatt. We truly appreciate your gracious remarks and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back under more seamless circumstances. Warm regards, Grand Hyatt Doha Team
Two days to relax in Doha
We had a great stay, appreciated the room upgrade and having a joining room as traveling with our two boys. The pool and beach area is really nice, maybe because it was winter, 23 degrees, felt like we had the pool to ourselves, lots of space, nice gardens, well kept. Activities/games for two teenage boys. A relaxing break after a month in real winter in Europe visiting family. Buffet breakfast had all we needed and more. We didn't leave the hotel for two days, we just needed to chill, exceeded out expectations, helpful/friendly staff. Enjoyed out stay

Magical stay at Grand Hyatt
It was a magical experience when we stayed at Hyatt earlier in 2026. Verdant landscapes, calm surroundings, sumptuous breakfast options and plenty of options from the beach to games to the pool to explore. In fact, if you come to Qatar, you need to give a day exclusively for this. Great staff too! Oh, O forgot to add how convenient it's for Persons of Disability Kudos

Lovely hotel
The hotel is of a very high standard and we enjoyed Club Room privileges. The food there was excellent as was the service. We really enjoyed the friendliness of Nhelyan and Prakriti who gave us advice on the area and assisted us when using the club room. The hotel has superb pool and sun beds and excellent free WiFi. It was quiet and if staying in Doha would use again.

Great Stay at the Hyatt
We had a lovely time at the Grand Hyatt, the staff were excellent and the breakfast in the Santa Monica Breakfast Room was superb. Occupancy levels when we stayed seemed very low so it was lovely and quiet. Although, the UAE football team were there at the same time as us participating in the Arab Cup. Now, they can't be wrong can they?
