Please note pets are not permitted at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel and Residences.

Smoking Policy

We have special common areas and guest rooms dedicated for smoking.

Late Checkout Fees

We would like to inform you that your checkout time is noon, and the fee will be applicable as per the following for late checkout:

• 1st hour: 25% of the room rate
• 2nd hour: 50% of the room rate
• 3rd hour: full-day charge

Guests are requested to furnish SAR 300 for Rooms & SAR 600 for Suites as refundable deposit for incidentals.

Children Policy

Accommodation: Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents.
Buffet: Children up to 5 years of age dine for free; children ages 6 to 12 enjoy 50% off.
Swimming Pool: Children under the age of 16 are allowed to access under the supervision of their parents.
