An awesome staycation
Our favourite property for a family staycation . Loved the ambience , the courteous staff ,the cleanliness of the entire property and the extensive menu at the Malabar Restaurant . Can't wait for the next getaway ☺️❤️
Amazing location for families
Great food, Thanks to Chef Selva. The Thai restaurant was very good as well. The rooms were very clean and the boat house was an amazing experience. Lots of activities for kids. Mine never got bored at the resort.
A good stay!
Good experience overall. Beautiful property. There are something things like more activities for children that could have been better. Staff was helpful and polite.

Nice hotel, but poor management response to bad room and SPA conditions.
Hotel is nice and the food options are great. We had a very poor experience with the SPA and our suite. First, we booked 3 massages for me and my elderly parents, and my mother (64 years),when walking to/from the treatment room, slipped and fell because there was oil on the floor. The SPA management did nothing to remediate the issue. Second, we booked a suite, and when we returned to our room that same night, there was condensation on the marble floor in the entryway and my mother again slipped and fell on her left knee. The hotel management moved us to another room, but again did nothing to compensate us or make things right. The only manager that made accommodations was Sai. More of the staff should be professional, courteous, and gracious like Sai was in handling these incidents. Overall a very poor experience for me and my family for paying for such an expensive hotel and Spa services.

Exceptional service at two recent Hyatt properties
After my wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Delhi and now my stay at your property, I am changing my reservations for my upcoming Delhi visit to return to Hyatt Regency Delhi. You have truly raised the bar. The benefits, warm hospitality, and exceptional service your staff offers will certainly win over more frequent travellers like me. Exceptional stay with a view
The room & bathrooms were so spacious. And the view! Gosh.. watching the sun rise over the sea from my room and then set while at the pool in the evening, was definitely a delight. This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I have stayed here, and this property definitely is exceptional - for their service, attention to detail in rooms, amenities and of course the gorgeous view right from your bed..

Amazing Property and an even amazing staff!
What an excellent place to stay. The entire property, the pool, activities and the location was simply outstanding. The suite we stayed at was excellent and had some of the best views from the balcony. The room facilities and amenities were top notch. The fitness center deserves a special mention, one of the well maintained and best equipments with an experienced trainer present the whole time. The Spa had a sauna, a steam room and plunge pool. Hygienic, clean and well maintained. We missed to dine at the Thai restaurant, but the food at the Malabar restaurant was simply delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the fish and beef burger, cooked to perfection. The front office staff Gishna and Adrija deserve special mention as well as the chef at the Malabar restaurance Selva. Great people that took our stay to the next level. All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend.
