Pet Policy
The hotel does not allow pets except for certified service animals
Check-In/Checkout
Children under the age of 19 (according to birth date) must be accompanied by a legal guardian upon check-in.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. For early check-in and late checkout, additional charges will apply.
All rooms accommodate up to two adults. The maximum number of guests per room is four: two adults and two children or infants. In cases where reservations include three adults, third adult charges apply.
Photography and Videography Policies
In order to protect the intangible property rights of the hotel and the personal privacy of all guests, videography and/or photography is prohibited in all areas inside and outside the hotel without the hotel and/or individual’s permission.
No-Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and hotel facilities are non-smoking. Smoking in the room, including electronic cigarettes, may trigger the smoke alarm. A room management penalty fee of KRW 250,000 will be imposed on the guest.
