Great stay at the Nashville Grand Hyatt
I had a very positive experience attending a conference at this hotel. Everything about the room was above average ~ clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped. Loved the Nespresso, having a robe and a safe, large bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed, terrific housekeeping. The location is also great, walkable to the Nashville Yard development and across the street from Union Station, which is a beautiful historic building converted to a hotel/restaurant. The food scene in Nashville was much better than I expected, many very good restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

Great homebase in Nashville
Perfect location to experience Nashville. Excellent staff Wonderful restaurants and bars. Expedited parking, which is crucial for this area. Rooftop bar is an experience. Great views from the rooms. Can’t wait to come back.

A great place to start your Nashville visit
The Grand Hyatt was our place to stay while visiting downtown Nashville. We were well looked after from dropping off our SUV, and booking in all very efficient and seamless. We had a meal and drinks up in Lou/Na a must experience, breakfast in the Grange good quality local food sources listed, and also Prime and Proper another must for a high quality dinner and top service

Spectacular visit!
We were visiting Nashville for our 42nd wedding anniversary. We wanted a hotel within walking distance of downtown and the restaurants we were going to visit. We chose the Grand Hyatt, expecting a nice hotel and stay. What we received was far above a standard hotel! The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean, and it was quiet at night. The amenities were above our expectations, and we really enjoyed the Grand Club. The staff within and the food were both terrific. If you're looking to be pampered, definitely choose the Grand Hyatt!

Grand Hyatt Nashville is AMAZING!
This hotel is amazing! Top notch, first rate, superior, first class....I can't say enough good things about Grand Hyatt Nashville. It's beautiful, clean, exquisitely decorated. It has, by far, the most friendly, accommodating staff. Brij, the manager, is attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. Grand Hyatt Nashville is where we will stay on our next Nashville visit!!!

Fantastic staff and great location
The Grand Hyatt was conveniently located near Broadway and we walked down without any issues. The staff are attentive and helpful during out entire stay. We loved the live music in the bar at nights and the rooftop offered great views. The pool is on the smaller side and gets quite busy. Our rooms were clean and quiet. It was a great hotel stay for a girls extended weekend trip.

The location, the hotel, are just superb, one of the best in Nashville! I’ve been coming to Nashville for 35 years on business and this was the best stay I’ve had in a long time. My wife and I both love this hotel!

Amazing Stay in Nashville
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for 7 nights....initially a couple of nights for business and then the remaining time for some vacation time. The location was perfect...every location that we wanted to visit was all within walking distance. The view of the city was amazing! and the staff at the front checkin counter were super friendly and helpful. Every day, the housekeepers came by and cleaned our room, left fresh water bottles and left our room smelling fresh. The restaurant and lounge options were wonderful, and the service was great!. We will definitely be back to Nashville, and will make sure that we stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville once again.

Highest Level of Service of Any Grand Hyatt in the US
The Grand Hyatt Nashville is the only Hyatt in the US that approaches and equals the level of service from the staff that I find in the Grand Hyatts in Asia. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo, Seoul and Jeju Island. The level of service is similar to that of the best Asian hotels and is far in excess of that of the US. I am not sure how they afford the staffing levels. The Lounge is similar to that of the Asian hotels and the amenities are excellent. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nashville twice in 2026 and each stay was as excellent.

The best Hyatt.
Location was great. Close to all the bars and restaurants, Atmosphere was welcoming. Great live music at night. Hotel had a great smell, clean and everything worked as expected. Rooms looked new and had tons of space.

Great Property and location, Service Fell Short
Beautiful hotel and an excellent convention experience. The bell and entrance staff were consistently welcoming and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent, although the room view was mediocre. Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not match the quality of the property. Check-in, communication regarding room readiness, and the response to a late checkout request felt dismissive rather than service-oriented. Overall, a great property and convention venue, but I expected a more consistent level of service from Hyatt.

Great Location
Great location for a conference. Only 10 min walk to all the activities downtown. There was plenty of room for our conference and we did not overwhelm the elevators like we have in some hotels when we have a break.

Great stay in Nashville
Nice Hotel, friendly staff, great rooms and beds. Very walkable to shopping, restaurants and bars. Pool is a bit a small but nice, roof top bar is a fun place to relax.

Great location
Amazing hotel with great staff. Easy access to lots of amenities and activities. Perfect location for Broadway, but not in the crazy downtown honky Tonk bit.

5 Stars — An Exceptional Experience Made Even Better by Exceptional People
From the moment we checked in, we knew this was going to be a special stay. And a big reason for that was Stephanie. Stephanie is an absolute gem. Through our conversations, we learned that she was an exchange student from Bali, and we were immediately struck by her warmth, enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine desire to make sure we had a wonderful experience. In fact, Stephanie should be bottled up and opened every time you conduct an orientation for a new employee. She is the gold standard for how someone should aspire to represent a hotel and interact with its guests. Her attitude and energy are truly contagious. Then, when we ordered takeout from the restaurant, we had another outstanding interaction with Meredith, who guided us through the ordering process with the same level of professionalism and enthusiasm. We learned that Meredith is from Kazakhstan, and once again, we were incredibly impressed. So let me just say: you are 2 for 2 with your summer internship program! Stephanie and Meredith are exceptional representatives of your organization. They possess something that is incredibly valuable in hospitality—attitude and effort. Both of them demonstrated those qualities in abundance. I sincerely hope this review reaches Stephanie, Meredith, and the leadership team behind the internship program. You should be incredibly proud of these two young women. They made an impression on us that went far beyond a typical hotel interaction. Hospitality is ultimately about people, and these two reminded us exactly why great people make great hotels. Whatever you are doing with your summer internship program, keep doing it. Stephanie and Meredith are the kind of employees every organization should aspire to have. An outstanding experience, made even more memorable by two truly exceptional people. A lovely stay downtown Nashville
The grand hyatt is a great location in downtown Nashville. It is an easy walk to the bars and craziness of Broadway. It is far enough away that it can be a comfortable place to rest and relax. The rooftop was beautiful with lots of seating. The coffee shop was great- Emi was super! The assortment of items in there was good and had good value and flavor. The lobby is very lively and the staff and valet are very attentive. I would recommend it as a great choice if staying downtown.
