You really can’t beat the location of the Grand Hyatt - close to major sights and shopping, near subway and in quiet area. The rooms are spacious, the staff is attentive and helpful, knows English well, and the food/restaurants are all good. The spa, pool and gym are fantastic for a large hotel --especially the beautiful indoor pool. All in all, a good balance of comfort, service, location and value for money. My go-to hotel in Beijing.
