Gorgeous hotel
The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is elegant, luxurious, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that make the entire experience even more special. Its location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city while providing a peaceful and refined atmosphere. From the beautiful interiors to the overall ambience, everything feels sophisticated and welcoming. Excellent choice
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi for a weekend and it exceeded expectations. Check-in was quick and friendly, and our room had a lovely view over the sea. It was spacious, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh. The pool and beach area were relaxing and well kept, with attentive staff around. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Good experience
Good hotel with lot’s of option, clean rooms, beautiful views and good personnel. The service and quality of the coffee in the lounge restaurant by Shara and the housekeeping in the room by Rayhan was really exceptionally good.

Wonderful Hospitality—We Can’t Wait to Return!
We fell in love with Abu Dhabi all over again during our wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi! Our room was spotlessly clean, everything was in excellent condition, and the team had taken such thoughtful care of our requests. We felt warmly welcomed and wonderfully looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. What made the dining experiences even more special was the staff: the chefs were so courteous, and the gentlemen who served our beverages at dinner were exceptionally kind and attentive. They deserve a special thank you! One of our favourite memories was enjoying a mojito and lemonade at Pearl. Such a simple moment, but we were so happy and relaxed that it became one of the highlights of our trip. The team there were welcoming and highly professional. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. Our room’s cleanliness was outstanding, and the lady who spoke with us about it showed real care for our comfort. We truly appreciated that personal attention. Thank you to everyone who made this stay so memorable. We left with happy hearts and beautiful memories, already dreaming of returning. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back!

Exceptional Service and a Truly Welcoming Stay
I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I stayed at the hotel two weeks ago, and when I came back, they still remembered me, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their service was excellent, and they were very good at their jobs. I really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fascinating place..

Amazing experience
I had an excellent overall experience at the hotel. The service was truly impressive, and every member of the team—from room service and housekeeping to the concierge, reception, and restaurant staff—was professional, courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. The only area that could be improved was the air conditioning. The room did not get as cool as expected, so it would be great if this could be looked into. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality. My only suggestion would be to include a wider selection of Indian dishes, as there were only one or two Indian options available. Adding a few more would make the breakfast experience even better, especially for guests who enjoy Indian cuisine. Apart from these minor points, everything was excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. I truly appreciate the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service.

Disappointing!
The hotel services are nothing like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast variety is limited and the taste not impressive. Pool staff does not bother to keep pool area clean just busy using phones. The extra bed provided in the room was not comfortable at all. The ac was not cooling enough. You can find much better 5 star hotel options.

Best hotel experience
Had a great stay! The staff were very accommodating, they let us check in early and gave us one of the best views at the hotel. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely coming back again.

A lovely hotel made better by even more lovely people. A great hotel is never just about the rooms or the food — it's about the people who work there. And that is exactly what made my stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl so memorable. From the moment I arrived, the tone was set by the lady who greeted me at check-in was warm, genuinely welcoming, and unhurried in a way that immediately made me feel looked after rather than processed. That same standard carried through every single part of the property. The breakfast team remembered who I was and never once made me feel rushed, even during the busiest stretch of the morning. In the evenings, the bar staff struck that rare balance between attentive and relaxed, happy to chat or happy to leave you to your drink and the view. The pool team deserve a special mention. The attendants were quick with towels, shade, and a friendly word, and the lifeguards were genuinely present and attentive, something that matters far more than people give it credit for, and something a lot of hotels get lazy about. Room service, too, arrived promptly, correctly, and always with a smile, which is harder to pull off consistently than it sounds. The hotel itself is beautiful; spacious rooms, an excellent setting, and facilities that hold their own against anything in the city. But hardware can be copied. What can't be copied is a team that clearly enjoys working somewhere and takes pride in how guests are treated. Whoever is leading and training this team should be very proud, because the culture shows in every interaction, from the most senior manager to the staff you might pass without a second thought. I came for a comfortable stay and left with the impression of a genuinely happy hotel. That's the thing I'll remember, and it's the reason I would return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

amazing wedding anniversary celebration
we book the palace view room and the staff gave us the 43rd floor. The room was very clean and huge. The view was amazing. The bathroom was unbelievable, you get to see the view from the bathtub.

Great place ..nice staff ..highly recommended i recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service is outstanding—everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Grand Hyatt but without Grand service
We had a good time in Abu Dhabi and Grand Hyatt is perfectly location opposite the Palace on Corniche Rd. The hotel is scenic, with a beach, pool, bar, open restaurant. However, there are flaws on service. The service is really bad if you request for baby cot, room service, food, room service drinks, all take 40 minutes to 1 hour to reach you. The check-in took 1 hour and room allotment another 30 minutes because it wasnt clean and ready.
