Everything was excellent, from the service and cleanliness to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to Mamdouh, Waleed, and Emad for their exceptional service and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and their professionalism truly made a difference. Poor customer service
It’s a great hotel for the price but customer service is very poor especially at the reception desk, Check in process is a chaos. Other than that everything else is good.

Stay at Hayatt Amman
Waleed from the front desk reception was amazing and veryyyyyy helpful. He helped me at last notice to prepare the room with honeymoon decorations and late check out and would constantly ask me if i needed anything. As a hotelier can see him becoming a front desk manager one day

Wonderful stay in Grand Hyatt Amman
I enjoyed my stay here, everyone is friendly. The location is good, the rooms is spacious. I love the comfort of the bed. Beautiful cinematic view of Amman from my room.

Great service and value
Grand Hyatt Amman is located in an excellent area, close to all major transportation landmarks, and has an amazing breakfast buffet. But I always choose Grand Hyatt Amman over other hotels because of the staff and level of service they provide. Everyone seems eager to help and genuinely interested in making my experience better. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back soon

One of the best hotels in Amman!
The hotel is located in a premium location in Jabal Amman being close to almost everything you may need in Amman, the views from the hotel are also spectacular and give you a homie feel of the location! Everyone in the hotel was friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Breakfast is great! So many options to try and the taste is authentic! Club access was also great, as the club provides delicious refreshments and food with a beautiful view of the 3rd circle! The spa is very relaxing with steam, sauna, and jacuzzi! Overall this hotel is great and I’d definitely stay again!

A very mixed bag.
Disappointing. Dated, functionally and worn out rooms. Good luck figuring out how the thermostat works or how to turn off lights! Then there was the mysterious accounting - where charges are not charges. Apparently same sex couples are a novelty - no we just need one room, not two!! Yikes, it’s 2026. On the other hand, the public spaces are beautiful and the food and beverage is excellent.

Perfect Stay!
Absolutely perfect stay! Great room, great stay, helpful staff and incredible pool, spa and gym. They made our anniversary and our whole staff memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable stay
Nice hotel, good food, good service, comfortable bed, quiet room. Location feels a little isolated with some stores nearby.

Amman grand Hyatt
This is an excellent hotel. The staff is so kind, so welcoming – and the breakfast was superb. We went to the buffet, and that was excellent as well. Our room was very clean and well appointed.

A little tired and let down by the main restaurant
The hotel is in a great location and is secure. The staff [in the main] are great and keen to help where they can. The rooms are tired and in need of a refurb and minor things [cracked tiles; chipped baths; curtains not on tracks] add up to giver a substandard impression. The gym is great with lots of different equipment all of which is in great condition and looked after. The spa too is really good with excellent staff keeping it clean and tidy. The main restaurant has a limited menu and inconsistency in the quality of food. There are lots of staff, but you can be ignored and left waiting to place an order, or even to receive a bill. The opportunity to fill empty glasses is missed and missing cutlery is all too common. There is an Italian restaurant too which is excellent. The food and the service are great and just what is expected. The service is attentive and quick; the food is really consistent and high quality. The hotel can get it right.

Solo Stay
I stayed one night at the Grand Hyatt Amman and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing, especially at night. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and high quality options. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Amman.

Best one day of my life at Drand Hyatt
The hotel was awesome, clean and especially the food was the best. The staff were helpful and the birthday dinner at the Lombard was awesome

Exceptional breakfast, everything else was great as well
It really exceeded my expectations! Especially breakfast was amazing, a lot of food choices and what may be the best customer service I every witnessed! We were travelling with a baby, and were immediately offered a baby seat and a small spoon to feed the baby. When the baby made a mess a waiter immediately came to help, it's like whatever we needed was there in a blink of an eye! The Rooms were also very clean, the spa was clean, empty and really enjoyable. I can only recommend Grand Hyatt Amman

Great Hotel but needs a do up
I had a solid stay at the Grand Hyatt Amman. If I’m being honest, the rooms are showing their age and are due for an update, but don't let that put you off. The service here is top-notch—the staff really makes you feel welcome. I was also super impressed with the gym (it's huge) and the spa was a nice touch for relaxing. Overall a 9/10 for me. If you don't mind a slightly older room, the hospitality and facilities are worth it.

Relaxing stay in a remarkable city
When traveling abroad there is always a question of what shape hotels are in especially in cities one is not familiar with. The Grand Hyatt in Amman Jordan was a wonderful surprise. It's well located, very clean, has many amenities and outstanding service. Our room was quiet despite the noise of the city and in a location where one can walk to many restaurants although the hotel has wonderful food and a great Italian restaurant.
