A Wonderful Stay at Grand Hyatt Kuwait – Exceptional Hospitality!
Grand Hyatt Kuwait has always been our first choice whenever we visit Kuwait, and once again, our stay reminded us exactly why we keep coming back! A very special thank you to Abdulbasset, who truly made our experience memorable. His kindness, genuine hospitality, and constant warm smile made us feel welcomed and at home throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the special care and attention he gave my father, ensuring he was always comfortable and well looked after. Such thoughtful gestures mean so much to us and never go unnoticed. Abdulbasset is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care reflect the true meaning of exceptional hospitality. Grand Hyatt Kuwait continues to be our home away from home, and it’s people like Abdulbasset who make us look forward to returning every time. Thank you for another lovely experience. We will definitely be back!

The locations is outstanding, you have everything right there and you do not need to go anywhere by car. The atmosphere was so inviting and the rooms are so comfortable and clean and cozy. There was absolutely no noise from outside and I had the most amazing sleep. We booked 2 rooms, the grand suit and a king deluxe as a family. My family from the UAE and I enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great and rooms were clean with all complementary and room service were so welcoming and helpful. Kids had fun as well but they were devastated as the pool was closed. overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again for sure.
