Amazing hotel, has all facilities , indoor swimmin24/7, outdoor one for both children and adults, Amazing SPA, and Awtar restaurant is the best

The hotel is top notch. The staff are an asset of the hotel from the bell boy, housekeeping, concierge, breakfast teams. Some names that we interacted with are as follows: Ram - assistant manager concierge The breakfast team who remember your drinks order - Claris, Pritesh, Nader, Phyu, Eman Asmi, Nooru. The list is endless. The guys in the front ordering taxis John , Hari and Rajendra were who we dealt with very welcoming and with a smile on their faces working in that heat. We’d gone for bed and breakfast only. The food was of very high standard catering for all palate from Indian, Arabic, Continental and British. The only drawback was that the baked beans were cold on a couple of occasions nothing to worry about but something that the chefs need to keep an eye one. The grounds are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool was nice and you could find a sun lounger with umbrella and life guards were attentive. But in that heat we did not spend much time out there. The location is ideal as you’re not from Bur and Deira Dubai or the marina and downtown. You just need to avoid the busy times for travelling otherwise you will spend time sitting in traffic. So avoid 7-9am and 5-7pm. Whilst you have many ways to travel in Dubai as a family of 5 we found 6 seater taxis very easy and cheap to get around in. Did not use the metro so unable to comment on that mode of travel.

A wonderful holiday at the Grand Hyatt Dubai which is a beautifully designed hotel. Exceptional quality of food, restaurant choices, spa and pool facilities. The staff were excellent! Extremely kind and attentive service to our family which had members from age 12 to 80, thank you so much! There are many names to mention but special thank you to Vikrant, Pankaj, Rizan, Merin, Sonam, Belayat and all the chefs and staff at IZ restaurant. All I have to sat is I will be back. Everything was amazing from the staff, the food, the hotel itself. Struggled to want to leave the hotel coz it was that lovely.

A heartfelt thank you to Har, Azhar, Jon, Deepik, Raj, and so many others whose names I may have missed (and I sincerely apologize for that), but who deserve recognition just the same. Now, coming to the Concierge Team, where do I begin? Roshan continues to be the heart of our Grand Hyatt experience. Every visit, he makes us feel like we’ve come home. No words are enough to express our appreciation for Roshan. He is the heart and soul of our Grand Hyatt experience. Year after year, Roshan makes us feel at home. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine warmth make every stay feel personal and special. He’s not just a concierge he feels like family. His gestures, big and small, create lasting memories, and we are so grateful to know him. This time, we also had the pleasure of getting to know Ram better. Though we hadn’t interacted much in past visits, he went out of his way this time to make us feel extra comfortable and welcome. It was such a joy to build that connection. And of course, Dilshan, as always, was incredibly helpful and attentive, doing everything possible to ensure everything ran smoothly. The entire concierge team deserves praise for their effort and dedication. The reception team is another reason we keep coming back. Atif, in particular, is outstanding. Atif’s commitment to checking in with us regularly, ensuring our comfort, and making sure we had the best room and amenities did not go unnoticed. He consistently goes the extra mile to make us feel valued. People like Atif reflect the very best of Grand Hyatt’s service culture. and again after so many years Atif is like a family to us. This visit, we were also lucky to experience the Child Goes All-Inclusive offer, which made a real difference especially with the heat and the amount of time we spent by the pool. It was a fantastic offer that brought extra joy and convenience for our family, and we were so happy to make use of it. Please continue with this A very special thanks to the entire pool team, whose service was exceptional throughout. Whether it was cold towels, drinks, or just looking after us under the sun, everything was handled with genuine care. The poolside kitchen team also deserves a huge round of applause especially Rohit, Ravi, and Samir, who consistently went above and beyond. Their food, kindness, and service made every day by the pool even more enjoyable. Again, it’s hard not to mention everyone because truly, everyone goes above and beyond. I’d also like to mention external team members like Jaffar, Raju, and the rest of the poolside team. They are doing a great job in such hot weather. The dining experience at Grand Hyatt is equally remarkable. It’s hard to single out names when everyone is so great, but I have to mention Summon, who never fails to bring me red beet juice every time he sees me as he remembers this from past visits. And I truly miss Obaid’s perfect Americano coffee. This dining review is incomplete without mentioning Abhishek (Abhi) he was a superstar and a lifesaver for us. He made sure everything was exactly as we required. Thank you, Abhi, and his team. They maintained our room perfectly, making sure it was always clean, comfortable, and child-friendly. That level of care made our stay all the more enjoyable and relaxing. As always, we found peace and tranquility at the spa, and the pool area continues to be a family favorite. The kids absolutely loved every moment, and to be honest they’re so pampered here, they think we own the place! We’re already looking forward to our next visit, especially once the water park opens. I’ve recommended Grand Hyatt to friends and family countless times and will continue to do so because it’s not just about the property, it’s about the people. Our family of 5 really enjoyed out stay. We had breakfast and dinner at Market Cafe every day and Lissa and Saidul were both so friendly and helpful to us all. They really made it a nice, personal experience despite the Grand Hyatt Dubai being a massive property. Point redemption rates for this property are reasonable and confirming into a suite at booking with a Suite Upgrade certificate was really nice for our family. They do not allow minors in the Grand Club, but to make up for it, provide access to breakfast and dinner in the Market Cafe - which is a great buffet and items were switched regularly so it always stayed fresh and enjoyable with each visit. We appreciated the management letting us have a late checkout before our very late evening flight. We would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit to Dubai!

The room was clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The food is top shelf. The hotel caters to business and to families. The noise on the floors (especially 4th and 10th floor) can get quite loud - especially on the weekends. The breakfast is always first class. The little bar down in the "A" that is next to the Italian restaurant is quite nice. Bartender is always cheery and ready to help.

Ahmed (front desk manager) , Sandykan (lounge) & The market café service staffs were amazing & that made the stay even better. The atrium rainforest..great touch to the climate...love it...can't want for the water park to be i fu speed!!
