During my visit, Saidul went entirely out of his way to provide great service—something I did not expect, but deeply appreciated. His warmth and dedication truly set him apart. As a returning guest who has noticed that the service here can occasionally feel indifferent or lacking in warmth, experiencing Saidul’s genuine hospitality was a breath of fresh air. He is a phenomenal asset to your team.

Best Location, friendly staff, clean and huge rooms , having kids activities like water park and huge pool was a blessing. I will strongly recommend this place for family vacations.

Grand Hyatt Dubai is a wonderful choice for a family holiday. The beautiful surroundings, swimming pools, waterpark, and family-friendly facilities make the experience enjoyable for both adults and children. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and there is plenty to enjoy during the stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Dubai.

Excellent hotel with a high level of service from the staff. It's close to everything and just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Note that there are no balconies in the rooms, but other than that, everything was perfect.

It’s a wonderful experience in grand Hyatt and the most is water park we enjoyed a lot and breakfast and dinner is we liked. So I refer all to stay in grand Hyatt and water park experience.

The hotel is amazingly clean! and its also incredible for young families, our kids loved the pool area and the waterpark! we spent all day there

From the moment we arrived until we finished our meals, the staff took care of us with such attentiveness and hospitality. I am also genuinely happy to see how they interacted with my children — talking to them, making them smile, and creating such a joyful atmosphere for our family. A special cheers to Lissa, who assisted us throughout our dining experience with kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate her and the rest of the team at The Market Cafe for handling everything with care and making our visit memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the connected rooms were excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and contributed greatly to an enjoyable stay. The breakfast selection was diverse and of good quality. However, the dinner experience could be enhanced by offering a wider variety of options and improving the overall quality of the food. The water park was below our expectations and would benefit from significant improvements. the attractions were not engaging enough, and the children ultimately preferred spending their time at the hotel's main swimming pool rather than the water park.

it was great experience with friendly staff at all point, like Front Office, Outlets and Room service. Customer service was top priority with smiling face as always. room was very nice and clean.

A very pleasant stay with excellent hospitality. The staff were very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again with my family. I loved the food at Awtar - the lamb chops were amazing. I appreciate the teams efforts and a special shout out to Rahul Bagnani the front officer manager. Jashim monshi the bell boy and Sugukumar the housekeeping for their prompt service.

Excellent and Mr. Rahul always at his professional service, friendly appearance very positive approach always, just over the message things are done so efficiently that we never doubt about it.
