A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Cancellation
Cancellations and changes of scheduled treatments are accepted up to 4 hours prior to your appointment time without incurring a charge. Any cancellation within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates for all our Spa and Salon treatments are available in any denomination and valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Hygiene standard
The safety and health of guests is our top priority, and we have implemented the strictest protocols for cleaning on our premises. Park Hyatt Jakarta has achieved Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation from ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association.
