Located on the 3rd floor of Park Hyatt Kyoto, The Wellness Center is a serene wellness space that unifies fitness, spa and a luxury bathhouse.
The Spa offers a sophisticated treatment experience personalized to every guest, using locally inspired products. The Spa at Park Hyatt Kyoto is partnered with KOTOSHINA, an organic skincare brand from the Uji region of Kyoto. Sourcing ingredients from an organic green tea plantation in the Uji region of Kyoto, KOTOSHINA and Park Hyatt Kyoto share the understanding of the importance of nature, offering you relaxation time to experience the four uniquely different seasons of Kyoto.

OUR POLICY
- Prior to your Spa Treatment
We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time, to relax and enhance the treatment results. Arriving late may limit your treatment with shortened treatment time as the therapist may need to prepare for next Spa booking.
- Usage of The Bathhouse
Before or after your treatment, extend your experience at The Spa by soaking in our luxury bathhouses, or enjoy the relax warmth of our dry and wet steam rooms and sauna.
- For Your Comfort
Residents with reservations of Spa treatment or The Bathhouse are welcome to visit The Spa at Park Hyatt Kyoto dressed in your bathrobes and slippers. During your treatment, you are welcome to use our disposable underwear , or your own underwear, our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy and discreet draping of your body at all times. Lockers are available in The Bathhouse.
- Health and Safety
Please inform our Spa Host of any health concerns or allergies when making a reservation for a spa treatment. Depending on the nature of the service, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
- For Pregnant Women
We do not accept reservations for Spa treatments during the early stages of pregnancy. Body treatments are available for guests who are over 20 weeks into their pregnancy, and facial treatments from 12 weeks onward..
- Age Restrictions
Spa treatments at The Spa are available to residents aged 16 and above.
- Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for all amendments and cancellations to Spa Treatments. 100% cancellation fee will be charged should the cancellations outside this notice period.
- Valuables
Park Hyatt Kyoto is not responsible for any loss of valuables and jewelry at any time on the spa premises.
