Spa Etiquette at Rive Spa & Fitness

To ensure you fully enjoy your experience at Rive Spa, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere where you can unwind and recharge.
 

Appointments for Treatments & Day Spa

Please reserve your desired treatment in advance by email, phone, or online. Your selected service is reserved exclusively for you. As your appointment time is held specifically for you, we kindly ask for early notice in case you are unable to attend, so we may offer the slot to other guests. Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. For later cancellations, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Spa Attire

For your comfort, we provide bathrobes, towels, and slippers. Swimwear is required in the whirlpool and on the sun terrace. The sauna is a textile-free area. In the fitness area, appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes are required.

Changing Rooms & Valuables

Lockable lockers are available in the Rive Spa for the secure storage of your personal belongings. Please note that we cannot accept liability for loss or damage.

Access for Hotel Guests

Access to the Rive Spa & Fitness is complimentary for guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf. This applies from check-in on the day of arrival until check-out on the day of departure.
