RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made either by calling + 33 1 58 71 10 09, by dialing 3234 from your room during opening hours, or by the online booking form. Access to Le Spa and the fitness center is not authorised for guests under 16 years old.

PRE-ARRIVAL

We are happy to invite you to enjoy our mixed facilities 30 minutes prior to your treatment (sauna, Jacuzzi and steam bath). Swimsuit is required. However, please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time. Le Spa provides lockers, robes and sleepers for your comfort.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, six hours’ notice is required to allow us to reschedule your booking. All cancellations made between six to two hours prior to the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee. Beyond this limit, treatments will be charge 100% of the total fee.

SPA ATTIRE

Please make sure that your Spa therapist is aware of any medical conditions, allergies ailments or disabilities. Our massages are not adapted to pregnant women.
