RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made either by calling + 33 1 58 71 10 09, by dialing 3234 from your room during opening hours, or by the online booking form.
Access to Le Spa and the fitness center is not authorised for guests under 16 years old.

IN-ROOM ADDITIONAL CHARGES

From 7 am to 8 pm: +45€ increase of the original price

From 8 pm to 11pm: +90€ increase of the original price

From 11pm to 7am: +100% increase of the original price

PRE-ARRIVAL

We are happy to invite you to enjoy our mixed facilities 30 minutes prior to your treatment (sauna, jetted tub and steam bath). Swimsuit is required. However, please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time. Le Spa provides lockers, robes and sleepers for your comfort. We encourage you to use your in-room safety deposit box to store your valuables. Le Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, a 6 hours notice is required to allow us to reschedule your booking. All cancellations made between six to two hours prior to the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee. Beyond this limit, treatments will be charge 100% of the total fee.

SPA ATTIRE

Please make sure that your Spa therapist is aware of any medical conditions, allergies ailments or disabilities. Our massages are not adapted to pregnant women.

ADVICE

Your cooperation in providing a peaceful environment is greatly appreciated. We respectfully request that all guests turn off their mobile phones and other electric devices. Alcoholic beverage are not al-lowed in Le Spa. Children under 16 years old are not allowed at Le Spa.

La Mer products are sold at Le Spa. Gift vouchers are also available for your special occasions.
