Spa reservations: It is highly recommended that you reserve your treatments in advance to secure a time that best suits your schedule. Our Spa Concierge will ask for your credit card details or room number to secure your reservation.
Cancellation policy: We request that you cancel your reservation at least four hours prior to your appointment time. If the cancellation is made less than four hours prior to the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. For no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late for your spa services will result in a decrease in your treatment time.
Valuables: The management accepts no responsibilities for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the hotel premises.
Gift certificates: Gift certificates for Spa services are available for purchase at the Spa reception.
