The gymnasium and aerobics studio flank either side of the pool on the sky-lit 47th floor; offering floor-to-ceiling windows for stunning views of the city below. The studio features body sonic flooring, while the gym is equipped with a complete range of Life Fitness weight training and fitness equipment.

Personal fitness trainers assist guests and members, tailoring fitness programs to each individual's needs.

 

QUICK & SLOW TRAINING - Various exercises focusing on strengthening both fast- and slow-twitch muscles.

CIRCUIT TRAINING - A combination of high-intensity aerobic exercises and resistance training to help lose weight and improve stamina.

STRETCH - An easy stretching class designed to relax and improve flexibility.

EASY STEP - Basic aerobic exercise with step exercises in the movement to the beat.

GOOD NIGHT SLEEP STRETCH (*temporality suspended) - An easy stretching class with aroma scents to calm both the body and mind while enjoying the night view.

EASY DANCERCISE - An easy dance style exercise that helps burn fat.

TRAMPOLINE EXERCISE - A combination of jumping and rhythm exercise with a mini trampoline to burn fat and develop muscle.

YOGA - Basic yoga techniques focusing on the body and mind.

MAT PILATES - Core-focused movements to help improve your posture and balance.

AQUA WALKING - Various walking exercises in the water for overall body maintenance.

SWIMMING - Swimming class to improve your stroke technique and form for long-distance swimming.

AQUA EXERCISE - An exciting class in the water, incorporating both aerobics and muscle-building exercise.

BODY STRETCH - A stretch class designed to promote flexibility.

BODY CONSCIOUS - Total body workout with rhythmical movements designed to improve your balance.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING - Total body workout combining cardiovascular conditioning and muscle building

 

After a workout, you can enjoy soothing drinks and light refreshments at the poolside, or descend by private elevator to the 45th floor spa.

*Club On The Park is an exclusive spa and fitness facility limited to hotel guests and Club members. All hotel guests may use the fitness facilities (47F) free of charge, however, an additional JPY4,950 (inclusive of tax) per person is required for the use of spa facilities (45F), including rental wear.

*The minimum age for use of the Club facilities is 16 years. Children between the age of 3 and 15 may use if accompanied by an adult at all times. Kindly also note that pool usage with children aged 3 to 12 years old is limited between 8 am to 6 pm.

*Athletic wear is available for rent.

*Facilities are all non-smoking.
