Maialino Mare

Our signature restaurant, Maialino Mare is a Roman-style trattoria with an emphasis on seafood pastas and whole-roasted fish—a coastal sister to the original Maialino restaurant in New York City. Executive Chef Rose Noel showcases her passion for distinctly Roman cuisine through a menu of seasonally-focused ingredients and sourcing from local farmers and fisheries, complemented by a robust Italian wine list and rustic desserts.

Anchovy Social
Enjoy classic cocktails, seasonal innovations, or sharable large-format drinks on the deck of this 6,000-square-foot rooftop bar, featuring sliding floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city and waterfront. Snacks and small plates offer elevated interpretations of Italian antipasti.
