This fourth-floor 13,000-square-foot ballroom features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows for picturesque natural lighting. This event space can accommodate up to 1,304 guests and may be divided into five rooms to accommodate smaller meetings.

Located next to the Grand Hall, this pre-function space measures 9,340 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Host events in three meeting rooms ranging from 810-1,136 square feet, four boardrooms ranging from 565-594 square feet and one 711-square-foot VIP lounge. Access the 1,100-square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the park.

Filled with natural light, the third-floor pre-function space includes eight meeting rooms measuring 283-1,117 square feet, three boardrooms ranging from 541-774 square feet and the hotel’s FedEx business center. Host multiple breakout meetings or utilize the space for a smaller banquet or reception.

Located next to the Summit Ballroom, this pre-function space measures 7,000 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. In the heart of downtown Nashville, host small- to large-scale events in the seven meeting rooms measuring 780 to 2,040 square feet and the five boardrooms measuring 558 to 611 square feet.
