Pet Policy

Zoëtry Mallorca is a pet-friendly destination. See some of our pet policy terms:

We happily accommodate dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms.

Our offering includes a welcome letter, a dog bed, food and water bowls and waste bags to ensure a pleasant stay for you and your four-legged friend.

Guests may only bring one dog per room or suite.

Dogs must be walked in designated areas. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or the gym and spa facilities.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times unless they are in the guest’s room.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet within the hotel grounds.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet.

We recognize that pets may experience stress or anxiety at times, especially in an unfamiliar environment. To guarantee the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, we may kindly request your assistance in helping your pet relax.

Fees and more information

Your canine companions can enjoy our comfortable rooms and facilities for a fee of €50 per night in the corresponding room category.
