Beach Policies

Our 5-star luxury hotel in Fuerteventura offers direct access to the beach. Please be aware of the following before accessing it:

Beaches are protected areas under government regulations. Adults-only rules are not guaranteed to apply outside the hotel facilities.

Beaches in Spain are public areas. The hotel is not responsible for them or any changes in the natural conditions of the sea and beach.

The use of drones or other flying or floating devices is strictly forbidden on our premises, except for those who have written authorization from the General Management of Secrets Bahía Real Resort & Spa.
